The ladies at the front desk when I first came in, were quick to give me instructions on how to sign in and where to go to find her room. One lady even walked with me to the elevator and to the room to be sure that I found it. An employee came in to help her use the restroom while I was there and he seemed nice as well. I walked with her down to dinner and there was a woman working in the eating area who also seemed very friendly and cheerful. It seems like the employees really have a love and passion for what they do here. My grandmother's room also seems very cozy and homey. Only reason I left a star off is because my grandpa has said that some of the cleaning staff (He believes) have stolen some of my grandmother's belongings, such as her phone charger and other personal items. For the price that residents and their families pay for care here, it's really sad that this slips through the cracks and doesn't get corrected.... My grandfather and mother have mentioned this to the staff and were told the cleaning staff is a separate organization from them and they can't do anything. Seems like a cop out answer to me because someone is paying this company and there are other companies in town, that may not steal they could use.... So, they could at least notify this company that this is happening..... That being said, I mostly feel very confident that she's being well cared for and is safe here and that it's a wonderful facility. I saw some of the other residents there and they seemed happy.

First of all he passed away about 6 days for rent was due and they let her know that they would be taking rent out of his account as they need a 30-day notice......Yes to make sure that your relationship with God is so good that he lets you know when your loved ones going to pass away therefore you can give a 30-day notice otherwise you will be charged rent the next month. Then to top it off we were up there the day of the funeral to clean some things up in his room and she was approached by someone who worked there and handed a bill for a hundred some odd dollars for rent that was not taken out of his account. For the first few days of the next month .... it's confusing. Yes. The way it was explained to her is that they take out rent on the 10th of the month as a courtesy to everyone, but their books run rent from the first to the first of every month??? Makes zero sense. Then they hassled her about his call button and where it was. Somewhat understandable, but more than likely it got taken or was somewhere on his body when HE PASSED AWAY. They also hassled her about a cable box and remote that we returned to the cable company asap that HE was paying for. When I say hassled I don't use it lightly. Keep in mind he paid rent every SINGLE month for YEARS no problem and was never an issue for these people. She couldn't even properly grieve until she was completely done with this place because of how they treated her. It isn't really their fault at the Clairmont per say they are only doing what their management company (THE HOLIDAY TOUCH) asks of them, who by the way would NOT speak to my mother-in-law despite many many attempts on her end to get a hold of somebody or have somebody call her for management. She lost her FATHER and was treated like a tenant who was trying to skip out on bills. Beware placing your loved ones here.

When I finally got to see someone they didn't take a thorough patient assessment which resulted in an incorrect documentation of my accident and a insurance conflict. I had to leave and go see a different doctor. Unless you are a rich sports injury they don't care.

Worst. Doctor. EVER…read more I was shocked at first at the contempt with which Dr. White's own staff treats him. But then they called me back for my appointment, which began with a convoluted diatribe about what's wrong with the American economy and middle management. Why? I have no idea. As I was trying to leave, the good doctor directed me to the pharmacy and then launched into a rant about "running a charity practice" because my worker's comp claim would "probably never go through" and how it's people like me bankrupting his practice. As soon as I informed him that my injury was work-related he talked about how it wouldn't matter whether or not I got better, since that was the case, and how he'd just "take a look and make up whatever he thought would be best." This was all basic insult added to the injury of my exam: Why would Dr. White need to put his hands up my shirt to examine a wrist injury? Let alone without asking or warning me first? I was mortified. All in all, a terrifying and disturbing experience. I have never been treated in such a way by any professional. This man should not be allowed to practice medicine. I feel sorry for everyone working in this office; the other employees seem skittish, bitter and vicious, and I don't blame them. I can imagine that working there must feel something akin to going down in flames on a sinking ship, and I would personally be terrified for my ability to support myself at every turn. It's only a matter of time before this practice closes. Beware.

Dr.White is what I think of as "Old School" and I LOVE that in him. He is one of the few Dr's that really make me feel at ease and so much so I feel that I can tell him everything and I hold nothing back in giving him my medical history or complaint. My prenatal care was personal and my sessions were as long as I needed them to be. They went so much more beyond the standard norm of care and no question ever felt dumb. Tambra knew my birth plan and didn't steer away from it even for convenience. She was supportive of not only me but my husband also and we felt completely at ease going this route with her. We're so thankful for the care she provided for not 1 but both of my births.
