I had the idea of upgrading the stenciled Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife numbers required to be displayed for fish and game. I went as a walk in customer. She immediately stopped what she was doing and listened to my idea, and began drawing up the graphics on the computer. She spent plenty of time making sure we got exactly what we needed despite having larger orders in the works already. Family stuff happens. We had to reschedule the install of the stickers which was no problem. Once we got it in there, she took less than 30 minutes to professionally install them. They look FANTASTIC! Way better than we pictured in our head! Don't judge a little disorder in her shop by it's cover. I was a little hesitant at first, but the kind gentleman reassured me and explained how to do it. This was also going to be the fastest and least expensive way for me to get my picture framed and also meet the deadline. The website was easy to use and I was able to select from a number of frames, mats, and glass or plexiglass. Three days later, my framing materials were ready. I picked it up the following day and the gentleman at the counter explained to me how to make sure and put it together correctly. I brought the picture home and put it together, and the result was beautiful. I highly recommend this frame shop for their excellent service and cost effective Do-it-yourself framing --if that's some thing you're keen to try. I'm sure having the piece professionally framed would have resulted in excellent quality work as well. I would trust them to do this if that was something I needed in the future.
