I'm 40 years old and found out I needed to have a bottom wisdom tooth removed. Of course I was…read moreextremely nervous as I had decided to stay awake and had never had a tooth removed before. The staff was fantastic at helping to put me at ease and I can't praise Dr. Partridge enough for his bedside manner and skill. After reading several posts online, I expected it to take 20-30 min. for him to get my tooth out. To my surprise, he did it with one pull, a tad bit of drilling, and a rinse. It took 5 min. , maybe. The longest part of the procedure was waiting for the novacaine to set in. I'm sure this would have been much worse with a less experienced doctor! I hope he keeps practicing for many years because I find great comfort in knowing that if me or my family ever needs these services again, we have someone we can trust to do a fantastic job.

While I was nervous, as I had never had a tooth pulled before, everyone there made sure I felt completely comfortable & the entire procedure was over in no time. (I felt NOTHING!!!) Dr. Partridge has excellent bedside manner & keeps you at ease the entire visit. So when my daughter needed her 4 impacted wisdom teeth pulled a few months ago, we knew exactly who to schedule with! She had major anxiety, but similar to my experience realized it was "all in her head". I highly recommend Dr. Partridge's practice! He is absolutely wonderful & truly cares about his patients!

If you are skeptical about cleanliness, it will be the least of your worries here. Everyone is super friendly and super informative. They are fast, effective and efficient. I had my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, and he did remarkably well! My anxiety levels were through the roof (I have put this off for nearly a decade because of it), but they made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible and communicated what they were doing/going to do, the entire time. I checked in @ 1pm and was out the door before 2pm. I was so confident in his practice (based on what I was told by others) that I chose to go to him, even though he is "out-of-network" for my dental insurance provider. Even though it increased my out-of-pocket, I DO NOT REGRET IT! He knows what he is doing and so do his staff, they are fantastic!

Told you don't feel any pain, you don't have dry socket (in both) (which I did), rough handling to the point your crown on another tooth is popped off. Bruises on both sides of your face told and you don't need pain meds. Countless injections on both sides of your face for numbing and not even told you were going to be reopened again. Nerves hit repeatedly to the point a panic attack is induced and told "oh stop it... We don't do that here". Having to remain in the chair, quiet, bleeding and feeling it. Then a panic attack happens. You get HIS doctor notes approving the time you need off. But it when it comes to your paperwork for work- he fills it out completely wrong 5 times. It's only 8 questions. Changes his answers, doesn't respond to emails, doesn't pay for the crown he dislodged, and now your job is at stake. The staff argues with you about the time off letters and it's wording. Yeah never going back and telling everyone this story.

I hated the idea of removing two teeth just to put posts and crowns in a teenager's mouth. So I let it go (hoping for a better idea?). But it was now past time for braces,so I bit the bullet--no pun intended. We made an appointment and got in within a couple of weeks. Their office has a good COVID protocol that allows very few people in at one time. We were ushered back to the exam room and went through a new patient questionnaire as well as an interview of sorts, and then the doctor came in to explain the procedure and answer any questions. The teeth had already started to fuse to his jaw bone a bit, making extraction more difficult and time consuming. My son was awake for the procedure and did very well, this for a kiddo with a relatively low pain threshold. I was called back into the room afterwards and again the doctor explained all that happened. We were given post-op instructions and checked out. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. Recovery went remarkably well. In fact, I was surprised just how quick it was. My son went from soft food back to his regular diet in just a couple days and didn't complain once of pain. I hope we don't need their services again. But if we ever do need oral surgery in the future, I would definitely go back.

He does not judge, or place blame for any issues / complications - nor does their staff. Everyone there is very kind, and although sometimes it can be a little tough to get in touch with them due to a high volume of calls, they are helpful and responsive. I have never had to call multiple times, they have always reached back out to me first! Dr. Bailey performed a root canal on me last year, and it went perfectly! He prescribed an antibiotic prior to the procedure, and was extremely kind and empathetic during the entire process. I had NO problems following the procedure and have not had an issue with the tooth since. I used to hate going to the dentist due to past bad experiences, but Dr. Bailey and his office of amazing staff have made up for those experiences tenfold!

They can even do a root canal, complete with your permanent crown, in one visit! (About 1.5-2 hours), because they have a 3D printer. They talk you through every step, and do everything possible to make sure you experience as little discomfort as possible. The dental hygienists are experienced, and Carla is skilled and gentle. The office is clean and bright. As you recline in the comfortable chairs, you can look out the large window or watch tv. Either way relax!- you're in good (and competent) hands with Dr. Chad Bailey and staff!
