I followed all post op instructions despite the fact I was skeptical about starting the saline sinus washes the same day as surgery.... Wouldn't that cause more bleeding I thought? Well, boy was I wrong. No excessive bleeding, as a matter of fact it ceased sooner than I expected. I had NO headache, slept better than I had in over a year and a half and was able to breathe freely through my nose, DAY ONE!!! Apart from recuperating from anesthesia, on day two, I felt fabulous! I have continued to follow his instructions and after my first post op visit I truly feel like a new person! As if this isn't enough to be happy about, Dr. Stringham AND his clinical team in Cartersville are the most kind, compassionate team I have ever encountered and he is such a humble man. If you are looking for a medical team that displays their passion for what they do and explain everything in layman's terms, I couldn't suggest any better place. Bravo sir, Bravo!! They will tell you something first and charge you a different amount for extra treatment after, no matter you want it or not, no matter you get treatment or not, they will charge you!! If you don't pay they give your bill to collections!! It happened on me already please don't be the next one. They already messed up my credit score unless I pay for a treatment which I never got!! I hope this message will help you guys. But at same time I know that most patients there are old and innocent and that's why they ripped off people. I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. I continue to suffer for three more days till I got where I could drive to the doctor. My husband was working and I was too dizzy to drive but the infection kept coming out and it still shows up on test everywhere but there. . Otherwise he was against giving me anything and I came home and my throat kept hurting, and I can't wash it out and using over-the-counter medicines like my friends told me and it eventually started blowing out thick, nasty yellow stuff in my ears hurting. I was too dizzy to drive to my regular doctor and so I had to wait two days And then go, but I have an infection and why these people can't see it because they didn't. they did not test me or the test were no good and they shouldn't ask somebody that's non-medical what to be tested for I'm very displeased with this location is the one on Turner McCall Boulevard in Rome, Georgia. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. They got plenty of workers comp people coming in. I guess that's how they stay afloat cause if you need help you gotta go somewhere else.. I'm serious. You can have anything and I'll say nothing's wrong with you. They did nothing for me. They're terrible. I will never go to any urgent care again especially this one.

My first visit with Dr. Bob was longer than I had spent with my previous doctor@4 visits/year for…read more3-4 years. Previous doc walked in, looked at my chart, wrote new scrips (high BP) and if I wanted to discuss anything else, make an appointment! Dr. Bob discussed my family medical history- parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and siblings. Only then did he proceed with a thorough exam, Rx review, and due to history of heart problems, gave me an EKG right there in his office and went over it with me before I left. If I call them sick, they have never failed to see that same day. If something comes up last minute and I can't make a scheduled appt. I have never been charged. I have gone in for check ups and before leaving, he would say "Anything else we need to look at today?" and I would tell him about a concern I was having and he would come back and check this out, too. I don't just consider him my doctor, I think of him as my friend. And lest you assume I was paid to write this, he has too much integrity to even think of asking a patient to do that!
