Fried, fried, fried. Everything is fried (well, mostly everything). I had the catfish and shrimp platter and the wife had a grilled chicken salad. The platter was a lot of food and, truthfully, just OK. My wife said her salad was also OK. It's not a bad place but simply doesn't match our tastes and we won't be back. read more

This tiki lake front bar has amazing burgers and fries! Cokes are served in cans and they have nightly specials. Very unique interior with dollar bills posted all over the place on walls, tables, and even in the restrooms. Great staff - and service dog friendly! read more

The food was mediocre. The staff was disorganized. They did say they were slammed. But there was milling about. And plenty of empty tables inside and out. And drinks went unfilled. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone asked if we were being. Other restaurants on the lake had a 40 minute to an hour wait. Tables were filthy. The windows need cleaned. Dust on every sill and corner. I would like to say I would try again. But I cannot find a single redeeming thing from our visit. You can get a bad steak. Or if the food is not prepared properly. That is one aspect. But the service was dismal as well. Ambiance? A couple of pretty girls in bikinis docking to get drinks at the tiki bar is not enough Ambiance to garner a return. Too many places competing for my dollar. I try to avoid commercial chains. I try to give my money to locally owned businesses. Damn hard too when they perform this poorly. read more

I'm only giving it one star because 0 isn't an option. Three at my table ordered buffalo butterfly shrimp, which sounded delicious. The shrimp was not "butterfly" and the breading was so soggy it was inedible. None of us ate. One of us got a margarita that was so bad she left it and got a beer in a bottle so it couldn't be screwed up. I might go back for the atmosphere but the food is a no-go. read more

My husband and I wanted to check this place out. It's 5 mins by lake, and we thought we'd grab a bite and some birthday cocktails. We walked in and weren't acknowledged. We chose a couple of seats at the bar and tried to ask a few questions about drinks and it truly felt like we were a huge annoyance rather than paying patrons. The answer to any question was 'I dunno' We requested a margarita and were sent out to the Tiki bar....which was closed. We jumped on our boat and headed to Break on the Lake where we were warmly greeted and had a lovely bartender help us with food and drink recommendations. We will never go back to Harris Landing. read more

Harris Landing is a great place to drive to by boat! A must if you are loving it just hanging out in lake Greenwood. Tiki hut is fun, food is classic hamburgers etc and it's a local hang out atmosphere. read more

Solid 3 Star typical dive bar, with dive bar food and no draft beer. Plus, only domestic. I would actually rate the food a little above average. Very good burgers, the fried catfish and shrimp meal was decent. I gave this four stars because of an excellent location, excellent and ultra friendly staff and a great band playing. We were there late Sunday and the crowd was great. There are lots of Harleys with friendly folks having a good time. FYI - the tiki bar is cash only. Sorry, I did not take pics. read more

I was in town visiting for work and my coworkers wanted s place by the water so I found this location not too far from where we were at. The place is located on the water but it's relatively small. Then again, the town doesn't seem too big at all. There's cornhole on a "false" beach area along with a tropical feel with the decor. The inside itself is really small. There's dollar bills plastered all over the place along with fish mounts, also plastered with bills. The menu is overall relatively basic and nothing really stood out. I see it listed as a steakhouse but I don't think I'd order a steak from here. Doesn't really have that "feel" of a place that would carry good steaks. I didn't order one so it's just an assumption. Great spot for lunch on the lake. You can get there by boat and plenty of space for most boats that you would expect to see on lake greenwood. The food is a mix of seafood burgers salads however not geared towards vegetarians and persnickety diners. If it's a lake day it's a good day to go off diet and cheat a little with some fried shrimp. Won't kill you. Tiki Bar is humble but we found good company there, a TV with a game on, and accommodating for my dog. Bartender was super polite and great service. If you have kids head inside where it's cool. Abe likes this place and will be back. read more

Food was delicious. But the bartender at the outside bar was extremely rude (tan girl with dark hair) She had an attitude, and also tried to keep $12 change on two coronas, and became extremely irritated with me when I asked for it back. read more

Had a great lunch - bacon cheeseburger, fries and a salad, as I do EVERY Saturday. Anna, LeighAnn and Amber always greet us and provide excellent service. Since we are regulars, we hardly get seated before one of them brings our beverages. Local lakeside restaurant that has home cooked burgers and good wings. Came here while on vacation, heard they had the best burgers and onion rings and was not disappointed! Amazing food, great service with a small town feel. Went here for lunch, and had a very good chili cheeseburger. It had a bright red, tasty tomato slice,and was one of the best burgers I've had. There is patio seating in the rear, overlooking the lake, and a tiki bar on the water. read more
