This is a large and spacious location where there is plenty of parking in the shared parking lot. It's fully stocked. The store is clean, however, the customer service is lacking. They are rude and disrespectful. Asking for help with a hard thing as they have attitudes and get smart to belittle you. This location needs to invest in hiring people who care and hire more people. read more

No idea why the reviews are so low here. I've shopped at nearly two dozen Harris Teeter supermarkets in the Charlotte area and another dozen around Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina. This one seemed perfectly adequate. Same layout as others with produce, meats and seafood, frozen, groceries, beer and wine, personal care, etc. Wide aisles, well lit, shopping carts with four good wheels. On a Saturday afternoon, the shelves were well stocked and well leveled. There were no queues at the register and I was able to run my few bits through the self-checkout speedily. I am a long time customer of Harris-Teeter and began shopping there with my mom when it was still Teeter's. In moving from place to place, I have always sought out H-T. However, since purchased by Kroger's things have gone downhill. Produce is not as fresh and today 5 things that I was looking for which were on sale, were not available. The store substituted something at the sale price for 2 of the items. But they just did not have the other 3. I used to go to H-T and get everything, now I find myself going to 2 or 3 stores to get what I need. I may have to consider changing grocery stores and after so many years shopping H-T, I would really hate to do that. Kroger - step up and get H-T back to their previous quality. read more

The staff is very nice but compared to other Harris Teeters in Charlotte they literally over price everything from $1-4 extra! Sandwich meat - chicken - eggs- even a Gallon of milk! Just bc were in Btyne doesn't mean to over charge! read more

This store has gotten worse over the last 3 years. The customer service is terribly lacking. Tonight took the cake. Rico in the meat department really hates his job. He should go to WalMart where customer service isn't expected. They only had 1 filet loin out in the week where they are running a special. I had the audacity to ask him if they had any more in the back. Grudgingly, he went and grabbed some. Found one I wanted and I asked if he could cut it up for me. Oh the horror! I think I kicked his dog by asking that question. Simply put, he alone will make me stop going to this location. There was another guy working - slightly older and I didn't get his name. But he ended up handing me the completed order and thanked me for my business. I hate that I didn't get his name because he was nice and personable. Anyway, stick to Publix - of whatever store Rico isn't a part of and you'll likely be good. read more

This store is a scam. Last night I saw the had a buy one get one free deal on chicken, and when I went to checkout the item was not discounted. I advises the manager and he said he could not refund my money even though he verified the item was on sale. Not sure how Harris Teeter gets away with false advertising but I will be making some calls to the better business bureau and corporate. Thanks for stealing, Harris Teeter. read more

This HT is not my normal store, but after grabbing brunch at the Big View Diner, I decided to stop in and pick up some of my weekly staples (mainly chicken, brown rice, and broccoli). The store is clean and fairly easy to navigate. I found the things I normally buy at the same price that I pay at the other area HT stores I frequent. I would not drive out of my way to shop at this store, but when I am in the area, I would stop in here again. read more

I work in the area and we love Harris Teeter. Most of our meals are from here and 90% of our coffee is from Starbucks. The manager there is great and I had one incident and he made sure that I was happy with the outcome, great customer service! The employees at Starbucks are my favorite though. The manager for the Starbucks is great, she is the best and always knows my name and what I want to drink. The other girls are always so sweet as well and the quality of the drinks are always great! I can't say enough good things about the Starbucks crew, literally the best! read more

Don't buy your produce or meats using their home-shop service. They select the oldest food. You have to do this shopping for yourself. I've learned this lesson many times. Lol! read more

It's nice to have a 24/7 grocery store that isn't a sketchy Walmart in the middle of nowhere. Grab a bagel from the pastry case and bring it to the sandwich counter so they can turn it into the most amazing breakfast sandwich for $2! read more

I like this place but hope they could get rid of their new employees who are arrogant and dont deserve to work with harris teeter like Lucas. The most arrogant cashier i've ever experienced. He feels he is like the boss in the store. Asks "where are you from?" after he got my phone number due to a different area code like insulting if you digest but one thing worst coming out of his mouth is nobody looks good from here. I just hope they could train him or put him on a different department where he could handle. He is not supposed to do a cashier or be exposed to other people if he will just insult people there. read more
