The issue was that earlier in the day, my mother went in and was having an issue with Apple Pay where it said the transaction was declined even though money was taken from her balance. She tried again; same issue. My mother never swore at, yelled at, or got angry at her or any other employee. She just simply wanted a copy of the voided receipt but Christina threw it in the trash and treated her like she was trying to steal and threatened to call the police on her. I have this documented and will be escalating to corporate/customer relations/a district manager and social media as well. While I was traveling, my wife attempted to pick up my prescription on my behalf. I personally spoke with three different pharmacy employees from an airplane trying to determine where my medication was. I was repeatedly told the prescription was still at my health clinic. That was wrong. My health clinic confirmed the prescription had been sent back to the pharmacy hours earlier. Despite that, the pharmacy still claimed not to have it, and my wife was unable to pick it up. This reflects a serious breakdown in communication, prescription tracking, and basic pharmacy procedure. Had this been insulin, seizure medication, heart medication, or another time-sensitive medication, the consequences could have been far more serious. South Carolina law requires pharmacies to maintain proper prescription records and dispensing documentation. In my case, the pharmacy could not accurately account for the status or location of my prescription and repeatedly gave incorrect information. Patients deserve accurate information, competent service, and confidence that their medication can be located when needed. Based on this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Sweetgrass Pharmacy and will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I drove around for five minutes. I could not find a pharmacy at that address. I then parked at Musc pediatrics parking lot and walked around in the rain and could not find it. I then called sweet grass. They told me they'd moved. I got the directions and drove up the street past the restaurant, basil. When I got there I heard the voice. I talked to on the telephone and they started take care of me when I asked them when they moved. They said four years ago I told them I looked it up on yelp and this is the address I got and I've been driving around all that time once I heard the word yelp they seem to be friendlier. Everything essentially went well. They had a problem with the prescription I had to pay cash for it, but thank God it was generic I I can't believe then four years. I'm the only one that got the wrong directions from Yelp that was the only downside of the entire experience.

Being a Sunday I wasn't blocked by the personal shoppers as usual. Everything went fine until I went to the checkout at 8:45 AM the self checkout that they doubled in size was closed. They were only two registers open one at each end. I was number seven in line. After not moving for five minutes, another line opened up in the middle unfortunately I was boxed in and other people got there first. It's a shame that you can go through and do your shopping and have to wait forever to pay. The other problem is they don't fix their credit card machines. I've learned over the last three years after getting six new Walmart cards that it's not my card. You have to get rejected three times after inserting and then slide your card in order to pay. About six months ago I met their inspectors from the Home office. I complained about these things they seemed interested. But nothing has changed. This Walmart is the closest and most convenient for me to go to.
