The pharmacy very often closes down during normal operating hours. It's 9:50am on a Friday. This is a very unreliable pharmacy. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Not to mention that your medications are inaccessible until they decide that they want to open again. Don't use this pharmacy if you need to pick up/refill on a schedule. Nothing tells you they're closed until you get there and the gates are down. read more

This Walgreens has been closed for the week along with all of the medication in it! Other Walgreens can't fill the prescription unless this Walgreens sends it to them. You would think a good company would find a way to take care of this but not Walgreens! read more

Terrible pharmacy. Pharmacist gave me a time frame on when I could pick up a prescription for my son, which was to wait 30 minutes. 40 minutes later I come back and she hadn't even started yet and could not tell me when it would be ready. Excuse was she was helping other customers. Probably shouldn't be giving an estimated time if you can't stick to it within reason. Left and transferred my prescription elsewhere. read more

As far as the the drug store this is fantastic. If you're trying to get your drive-through prescriptions filled they are somewhat slow. I changed my prescription provider across the street I like this one better as far as a convenient drugstore !! read more

The worst service I have ever received from a pharmacy. Incredibly slow! Incredibly rude and incompetent.

Pharmacy and pharmacists are shockingly incompetent. It's a shame, the place used to be very good but they have let the quality decline. They told me "wait 5 minutes" for a prescription they lost. After a half hour I asked for an update and they gave me an attitude for not waiting in line. Lots of better pharmacies nearby to chose from. read more

If I could give the pharmacy personal less than one star I would. They are the rudest, least friendly, and most impatient people I have ever had the misfortune of having to interface with. There seems to be a very serious personal problems with this Walgreens pharmacy that need to be addressed by Walgreens corporate office. The store clerks are nice and courteous. The problem is with the pharmacist assistants. My wife is hearing impaired and the pharmacist assistants were absolutely rude to her and even hung up the phone on my wife. read more

This is my go-to for paper products, when a trip to Dollar Tree is too taxing (long lines to check out, typically, etc.). I have found trash bags, 15 pack for $1, as well as, good prices on paper towels and paper plates. These are staples in our house, so you always want to save a little from the monthly budget! Lol. Anyway, the store is always so clean and well organized. The personnel at the checkout are always very accommodating and efficient. What more could you ask for? I love to browse the aisles and check out Walgreen's weekly sales paper for specials. This one is a fun stop for me and I get great deals to boot! read more

This has to be THEE worst Pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. I have multiple prescriptions that need filled on a monthly basis. After each horrible visit I try to tell myself "Hey, it's close to my home and maybe they are having a bad day", but after months of the same horrendous customer service, blatant disregard for trying to keep any patient info private, and a total lack of professionalism I will be taking my business elsewhere! The Pharmacist herself is VERY rude, will cut you off mid-sentence, and for a doctor has NO clue how to talk to a patient. 90% of the staff is also very inconsiderate, not friendly, and have a "I just want to rush you through this and hope you don't ask me a question" feel to them. If you would like your private information shouted for everyone to hear, and to be treated like crap then this is your place! read more

The pharmacy here is ridiculous!!! They can never seem to get my prescriptions right. And when I try to explain or ask questions they don't listen hey just continue to talk and act as if I'm speaking a different language. They call with automated updates to say you prescription is ready but it never gives any specifics and when I get there to pick it up it's the wrong medication, an old prescription or they fill 90 days worth and it's $300 co pay and I have never gotten a 90 day supply before. This place is has the worst customer service I've ever seen. It must be pharmacists in general that are arrogant and rude and act like they know it all. Update 5/26/2020. I get a call from the automated system that says my prescription is ready so I go to pick it up and they say it's not ready that I don't have another refill. So I have to get a new prescription from my dr. So why the fuck does do they call and say it's ready when it really isn't??? Dumb asses!! read more

I really prefer Walgreens over the competition. I'm comparing the to CVS. Walgreens will bring up your customer frequent buyer info and give you credit immediately based on their computer records. By comparison, CVS gives you a long paper receipt that has deals on it. Being a guy without a purse, I don't want to carry around a pocket full of receipts and try to find the one that might benefit me on the next visit: very frustrating. My only complaint against Walgreens is they text me that my prescription is ready before it really is. I synch my expiration on multiple prescriptions and sometimes they either don't have one ready OR they have a partial supply requiring another visit. It's a small point and they try to comply with my requests to consolidate. Overall a very nice store with friendly staff. read more

Had a situation where the doctor sent my prescriptions to this location. I'm on medication for severe anxiety. When trying to refill my prescription, I was told from the pharmacy rep that they had not received that prescription from the dr. Yet my doctor sent both prescriptions at one time over, gave me a copy of it, and I've received the other just fine. So I contacted my dr and they said I should have enough refills to the end of the year and was provided the manager # to give to Walgreens. I called Walgreens back to be told how silly it was that they had to call the doctor. Not to mention the amount of times she verbally cut me off when trying to explain to her the situation, and also being cut off when telling her who to contact at the dr office. Not only was this particular rep unprofessional to myself, but she also handled the situation with my dr's office unprofessionally. I highly don't recommend them due to their lack of unprofessionalism and inconsideration. In the meantime, I had been experiencing withdrawals from being cut from my anxiety meds cold turkey. Not okay. We will be going elsewhere. read more
