The pharmacy is very busy and there's usually only one pharmacist handling everything. The technicians are very well trained and helpful to customers. I'm not sure why people are writing about the phones not being answered as it's picked up almost immediately when someone calls them. Just be patient and expect at least some type of wait time.

Because the pricing directly contradicted what I was told in writing and could not be explained, I chose not to pick up the medication. Very frustrating experience.

They also sell other brands in full size such as Clinique... then there were Arabian perfums/scents. I had called the pharmacy first and they stuck by the price and said I had a price increase. I called the insurance company and the one med still had a zero cost and the other was overcharged by $4.03. It's not a lot of money, but when you add up $9.93 or more here and there, from many people, it can add up to a lot of extra money for Wegmans. This isn't the first time that this has happened to my husband and me. Many seniors don't question their bill amount and they just pay it. I'm not trying to put Wegmans down, I just want to make people aware, not only seniors to ask if the pricing doesn't seem right. Call your insurance company if you have already paid for the meds, to get a refund of the difference. Don't be afraid to speak up. It's your money that you're saving.

Shortly after the service, the vehicle developed a severe oil leak and low oil pressure warning and was later deemed unsafe to drive by an independent mechanic. The mechanic documented heavy oil leakage around the oil filter housing shortly after the Walmart service and warned of possible engine damage due to oil loss. The entire experience from the beginning reflected negligence and reckless behavior. The front customer service employee appeared more focused on texting on his phone than properly assisting customers or carefully reviewing service orders. Staff behavior throughout the process was rude, careless, and unprofessional at multiple levels. After the issue occurred, repeated calls to the Auto Care Center went unanswered, management was difficult to reach, and customer service provided little clear guidance. I ultimately had to travel a long distance in person just to force the issue to be documented and formally entered into the claims system. The vehicle is now sitting unusable at a mechanic facility while I wait for Walmart's claims team to respond, with no clear timeline or guidance provided. The entire process has caused major stress, transportation hardship, financial uncertainty, and loss of time. Completely unacceptable experience from a company of this size.
