After pickup, I counted and found there to be only 439 rounds. Less than half of what I thought I was bidding on. I called and was told that because the description noted "approx 965 rounds", they didn't think this item was misrepresented and were not inclined to make it right, basically arguing that 439 was approximately 965. The gentleman told me he would check with the auction coordinator and get back to me. As of this writing, I have not heard back. I understand an auction company doesn't have to me to count every bulk lot, and while I would have been disappointed if the lot was 10-20% short, that would be understandable. I feel that this case is rather egregious because I did not even receive half of what I thought I was buying.

They do an excellent job of providing product descriptions along with detailed photos of all items for sale online. The warehouse is highly organized, and the staff is always courteous and helpful, which makes pick up day a snap. I bought a beatiful white antique dresser that he had refinished. Prices are great here which also makes a difference besides the beautiful furniture. The logo on his store is a basset hound which also resides in the store which made it really special. The dresser was originally $198 but he was having a sale at 40% off so I bought it for $115. Also bought a gorgeous blue antique tissue box and a set of great coasters made from antique mason jar lids and stamped with roosters. They took the model number and the error messages the machine was displaying and said they would call back. I called back an hour later and they refused to work on the machine. They didn't want to! Said I acted like I was their only customer when I called back. Again, they advertise that they are a Whirlpool service provider. Said to call someone else. I will never deal with them again and I advise others not to bother.

The plants are very health with such an interesting assortment. I've purchased multiple different plants that have thrived with repotting once home. Succulents, a large assortment of air plants (I purchased 5 different ones on my recent visit). Other plants I've purchased from their selection include a split rock succulent, a moon plant and some cactus that actually looks like a stem of broccoli. It's a must for anyone interested in house plants and unusual gifts. I find that there are a few plants that are a little pricey for my taste but they are also ones you are unlikely to find elsewhere. In that case they do become a great value.
