What can I say! We showed up, were greeted very nice. Checked into the rooms that were fine (This is a fishing place you know, not vegas) Nothing fancy but amenities were all good. For a fishing spot to base out of I think the rooms were just fine. We caught fish, limited out, and had fresh Rockfish for dinner at the restaurant. All cooked perfectly, sides were delicious, no complaints at all. If you're looking for a good place to go fishing and base out of that also has a restaurant (which really does come in handy especially for early morning departure) then this is a great place to go. I have not been there during summer, but it looks like it would be a fun place to hang out. If you're looking for something fancy, you may be disappointed, but that is not what this place is trying to be. We enjoyed our visit, comfortable rooms, great food, and caught fish. A great time had by all!

Not like it used to be. Much better food in St Michaels for the same price. Actually down right awful

Friendly, unhurried (this can be bad and good) - wait staff. Food was unevenly seasoned, overcooked....

Had a cup of cream of crab soup, it was lacking in Sherry so I asked for some which they brought.

A really nice and upscale place in the Woodbridge, VA area. Walking in on a Saturday for a…read moregirlfriends lunch - we were greeted by lovely hostess. The vibe is grown and sexy ... We chose to sit at the bar, as we saw a large party hosting a baby shower and opted for the empty bar area instead. The bar tender offered a taste of the day or something like that which I opted for a gin cocktail, refreshing and light. We opted for the burger which was delish and came with fries (not a fan of the fries). But go here! There is a sitting area with a fireplace and the decor is just cozy and easy going... I don't have pics - we were living in the moment... We plan on going back with our husbands because it has such a chill vibe! Here's looking at you kid - Bourbon & Fig you did that

My friend and I went to celebrate her 80th birthday and I wanted everything to be so beautiful--and delicious--for her day. Bourbon & Fig fit the bill and exceeded my expectations. She noticed the rose on the table, the cover on the dainty sugar bowl, the steak knife resting on the edge of the blade (!), the pillow on the bench seating to separate us from the lovely couple next door, and the thistle on the wallpaper. I could go on, but I wouldn't have room for the food review! She practically swooned for the strawberry burrata salad. We both laughed at the "dirty" mashed potato (she thought it looked like a pine cone on the plate!), and artfully placed asparagus. We both had the filet mignon which was done just right for her--mine was ordered rare and didn't meet my standard: bleeding all over the plate but it was OK. Dessert was a dish of vanilla gelato with a sparkler for her and mine was--aaah, a chocolate dome--heaven. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Jackie, our server. A font of information about the restaurant, its origins, its owners, the food. She made our dinner such a wonderful experience. My friend has already made plans to lunch with her friends there! On another note: the support staff for the servers are mostly young people and we noted that they are receiving an outstanding education in the fine art of serving, clearing, and being unobtrusive. They are receiving an A-1 experience in the fine art of owning a topnotch restaurant. From beginning to end, thank you for making my friend's birthday one she thoroughly enjoyed. I'm SO glad we went. Reservations are going to be a must here, and better make them well ahead of time if you want them for a special occasion. Thank you, Bourbon & Fig for a spectacular dinner.

They have grilled cheese that's more like microwaved than grilled cheese and you get your soup served with a hunk of good crusty bread. They have different ice teas and fountain soda you get your own, they hand you a cup. They also have single serve drinks available in the fridge. You can choose from three sizes of soup and everything is in to-go containers so you can bring it home. They had cookies and I think brownies for purchase too. Soups are good and hearty, you can get free samples to try out different onesie before selecting your favorite. Chicken Noodle always seems to be there but the others get changed up so they have more options. Tables and chairs in the middle and booths on the side that are comfortable. This is in a strip mall near Ulta and Best Buy. Parking in front and around the side of the place. Prices are pretty reasonable and people aren't there too long to eat so you can always get a seat. It's not table service, you order and pay (Apple Pay accepted) and then sit. They'll call you when your food is ready for pick up. You get it in a small brown paper bag with handles. I usually ask for an extra bread and take some soup home for later. Staff seems very happy to be there and the soup keeps being brought out and hot to go! Only giving it four stars cause the grilled cheese could be done better.
