Last week, for the first time ever, we ended up with a steak that just wasn't up to their usual standard. Honestly, it's so rare for them that we didn't think much of it, but my husband stopped in today and mentioned it. What happened next is exactly why we keep going back. They didn't just acknowledge it -- they went above and beyond. They replaced it with a free NY strip steak, and on top of that gave us Prime Butcher playing cards and a big bottle of their "Everything" seasoning. Completely unexpected and absolutely appreciated. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. They didn't have to do any of that, but they did -- and it speaks volumes about who they are.
