I had one tire and needed assistance to put on a spare (I already had a spare on me) and the location was in the same city so it wasn't far for the employee to come to my house. I paid $132 for the service. In my opinion is extremely EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE just to put on a spare tire. But due to my limited options I had no other choice.I feel like I was taken advantage of. He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. Our tire went flat on a major highway due to a nail. I first called the roadside assistance for my…read moreinsurance company but after almost 30 minutes they texted me stating they could not find a towing provider for me. The first towing company I called stated they did not change tires. I then called Perez Towing. It was already 8:30PM on a cold, rainy and snowy Sunday night and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and said they would be there in 20 minutes. As promised Hector arrived in 20 minutes. He could not change my tire because I had no idea where the wheel lock was. Hector was kind enough to tow our car to a local service station his friend owns and they were able to get the wheel lock off and put on the spare tire. I am so grateful for the amazing and friendly service we received and cannot say enough good things about Mr. Perez. A+++ service!
