"Lucky" for me, the car started hesitating, dash lights flashing, and difficulty steering, so I was afraid to drive and didn't want to call a tow just to get it to the shop. Convinced I'd have to get a new car, I found Kevin's paperwork in the glove box from 2023 and gave him a call. Kevin came over and asked detailed questions about what I experienced...he told me what he thought might be going on and that it may not be as bad as I thought.
