We got to the lot and the lady at the office (who didn't answer the phone) was just as nasty. I was literally in my pajamas and asking what to do and they were ridiculous. I get it...you have a job to do and I'm sure you deal with some awful stuff, but you make no attempt to deescalate the situation.
