Don't go here!!!…read more Especially if you are going through your insurance!! It took months, at least 3, to repair simple damage to my car. When I first took it for an estimate they said 1 week 2 max for it to be ready. Then said 2 months to receive parts.. But then they keep upping the price and going back and forth with my insurance to get more money from them which took additional weeks for my car to be repaired. One example, they tried to charge my insurance an extra $300 for my car to be towed 1 mile to get a calibration done. When first of all my car was driving fine, only a small dent on my side. Second, they are also a towing company that owns their own tow trucks.. Now listen, I don't care at all about saving my insurance company money cause y'all know how much we pay them. What I do care about is them keeping my car for weeks while they go back and forth trying to squeeze them for every penny... I do understand the insurance company to refuse to pay the tow though... Another example, they said I needed a new rim ( cause it was scratched) and they are waiting for the dealer to send it.. I asked if they can just buff it out so I don't have to wait. And I don't care about little scratches on my rim.. But they told my they already charged the insurance for the new rim.. so i said fine I'll just get the new one but I will like to keep my old one anyway... they said ok.. when I finally went to pick up my car and asked where the old rim was they said they were able to just buff out the scratches... smh... I was so done with them at this point I was like whatever. That's not even all folks, when I finally picked up my car in January after dropping it off in October, the guy said "you are lucky the customer before you had his car here for 6 months and insurance didn't pay for everything he still had to pay thousands plus his deductible they really did him wrong"... I was just thinking no y'all did him wrong.. then I said "I wish I still had Geico cause then I can just drop my car off to one of their designated shops, given a rental in the same location and pick it up a week or 2 later".., he said "yeah well those shops don't do quality work like we do"... ok so my car was detailed and spotless but the rear door didn't line up with the frame so I'm like this doesn't look like quality work it's not even.. he's like let me have them fix it really quick.. I'm like really after all this time .. 30 mins later was better then it was but still not perfect and definitely not quality.. at this point I'm just going take it and be done cause I def didn't want to wait another month for it to be perfect.. I just said it's fine I need to go .. then he told me don't forget to give us a review on yelp that's how we get all our customers..smh... that's how I found this place in the first place.. but I'm like don't worry I will!!! We bought a car from Carvana, and the next morning it wouldn't start. Nothing electrical would come…read moreon at all. They arranged a tow for the car to our chosen mechanic, and JWA towing was who came to the door. I have to say that the guy who came was phenomenal. He tried to start it and suggested maybe it was the battery. So I popped the hood and although the battery looked new, the wiring wasn't connected very snugly. He jiggled it a bit and the open door dinging sound came on. He was then able to start it, and get it onto the truck. Once it was on the truck he noticed that one of the tires had splitting rubber on the side. The dealer had painted it black so it wouldn't be as noticeable. His guy didn't have to mention these things, but after I explained that we were still in our 7 day Carvana return period he pointed out some things he noticed, and did it in a very humble way. When I spoke to my mechanic about what the car needed, guess what? The battery wiring was loose and the tire the tow guy had pointed out was splitting.
