They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. I also had them come to another property of mine to fix the stove, which they said they ordered a part and they never came back to fix it. The service guy actually asked my Tenants to pay for the repair while he was there and told her they wouldn't fix it otherwise. She gave in + paid the tech $50.That was embarrassing. The young couple who run the business couldn't have been nicer. They were prompt and did an excellent job on the rugs as well as some tile floors. It is a little bit embarrassing, but they did such a good job they wanted to take pictures of the "before and after" to show the results.
