I needed to find an electrician to bond a water heater so I could pass inspection. We booked a time for the estimate the next day, and Kaz showed up READY TO WORK. I was nervous, as I've had a bad experience in the past when people force a job, and I told him, 'hey, I'm sorry. I'm just looking for estimates so I can figure out which way I want to go.' And he was incredibly pleasant and straightforward and said, 'You don't need to worry about it.' and proceeded to do it RIGHT THEN. It was quick, he had the wire in his car and was able to leverage some clamps I already had.
