Left it without required labeling, an incomplete/dangerous hookup to city power line, and used broken parts or broke the parts during instillation. Paid to have work done and it seemed to go well. Kenneth came. He made the changes and repairs. I paid him. But, when I noticed two things had not been done correctly and weren't working properly (or at all) I tried to get in touch, a number of times, but no response. I worked for the company for a short amount of time after the owner of the company told me to quit my current job and work for him full time , after working for about 3-5 days he's goes silent and doesn't respond to my texts when I ask him what time to meet at the work site. At this point I believe something might have happened an emergency etc ... yet when I speak to him on the phone he reassures me everything is fine and that he'll Zelle me or pay me and we'll be getting back to work after an issue with a check he was waiting to clear posts at the bank. He never responded to me after that, blocked me on social media for no reason and has acted so irresponsible that I felt the need to write this review. Everyone should be aware that he never paid me as an employee and I'm not even upset about not getting paid what I'm owed. Im upset that he never communicated to me what and why this happened, legally I'll do my due diligence for the money he owes be but everyone please be aware this company is not reliable at all. He responded quickly, came out to the house and then sent out a quote in a timely fashion. We needed 6 can lights installed in our living room. Kj came out the day of install with 2 workers, all were very friendly and respectful of our space. They put plastic up to prevent the mess going into other areas of the house and did a good job of cleaning up everything before they left. I was having issues in my laundry room wasn't sure if it was the dryer or the electric in there it had been raining so some things did get moved around and wet. Kenneth at Kussman electric came over and was still working despite this terrible time that we are going through with Covid-19. He wore all his PPE and he inspected everything before realizing that it wasn't the electricity or the power socket it was actually something with the dryer. Even though that wasn't his expertise he still helped us! And in a timely manner he actually fixed our dryer and for a very reasonable charge! I had an overdue panel upgrade project that I had planned since I moved into my dwelling. I went through 7 contractors in pursuit of the best one for this job. Ken had the best solution as it required that the service line conduit be high enough to clear the canopy of a nearby tree. He accomplished this feat guided by evident experience and skill. Ken also installed an inlet for a backup generator with ease... which was a dream come true for me to especially have during the threat power being cut due to excess power consumption during the extreme heat of 112+ weather in the SFV in Sept. 2020. Ken is a good listener, patient, and humble, and is far from arrogant like some contractors I've run across who dismiss your thoughts because they are the enlightened ones with a license. I would certainly look for Ken to be my go to electrician. By doing this review, I hope he does not get super busy and it comes back to bite me because he'll get too booked for my little repair projects. These guys are great! They helped us with some exterior and landscape lighting, fan installation, replacement cans for recessed lighting and dimmer switches.
