Here are some of the major mistakes. 1. First they sold me the wrong car by putting the wrong vin of a different car on the paperwork. 2. I was having the car shipped and they didn't ship it with temporary tags or the title. They mailed me the title and temp tags with USPS snail mail that took 10 days to reach me. 3. They gave me two different key fobs. One for my car, one for a different year/make of the same model. They won't try to fix the situation because "the deal is done." BTW it costs 800-1000 to get a duplicate key fob and get it reprogrammed. Dealership businesses live or die on referrals. I can't see someone referring these people.

They said truck was a trade in....it was bought at auction. They said they only had truck for 2 weeks....they had it for months. Said the truck was so nice the manager was going to buy it. When I was first looking to purchase a car, I contacted this dealership and I was stuck with an uneducated and non-communicative salesman named Shane Grove, who was incredibly useless. Do not go to Shane, he does not have people or customer service skills. Once I told Shane that I would be financing the vehicle through my credit union he was helping me less and less when it came to looking for a vehicle. I had to demand I get a new salesman due to being treated so poorly (especially after spending 26k on a car). Also, when I went to pick up the car I was told how the title was not in for the vehicle and no one at the dealership even bothered to keep me informed I was having to messaged and call them constantly just to get an update on my title because I am currently driving around with the dealerships plate instead of my own. This dealership sullied my car buying experience and I will never go back nor will I be recommending people to shop here. -10/10 car buying experience.

We have just gone through the most horrendous experience with a dealership service department…read more Henry Blair should be reprimanded for his "quality of service". We were unable to obtain service on our transmission from Serra Ford in Gaylord for over 9 months, so we were told to go to Feeny Ford. They kept rescheduling us three times with the same excuses as Serra Ford... no techs available. April 22, 2026 we were told by Henry that he needed to order parts and rescheduled for May. He was given at that time all repair insurance documents to cover the repair. We take it back May 27, 2026 for the repair and suddenly Henry tells us he never tore it down in April to confirm the problems, never verified that our insurance would be covered and now says it's not covered and we have to pay $557 to put the truck back together or pay for a new transmission. We're retired and cannot afford either. That's why we were paying for an extended repair insurance. The invoice has no breakdown of what was done for $557 and we had to find a way to pay it just to get our truck back. As my husband was leaving, Henry made a snide comment about the repair insurance we have and told my husband to "fu..k off" and then came after him to start a fist fight! My husband is 68 and was just trying to get out of there. This man should never be in a customer service position and both Serra and Feeny should be ashamed by the way they treat customers. Now we are in debt for nearly $600 and still have a bad transmission.
