When I was first looking to purchase a car, I contacted this dealership and I was stuck with an uneducated and non-communicative salesman named Shane Grove, who was incredibly useless. Do not go to Shane, he does not have people or customer service skills. Once I told Shane that I would be financing the vehicle through my credit union he was helping me less and less when it came to looking for a vehicle. I had to demand I get a new salesman due to being treated so poorly (especially after spending 26k on a car). Also, when I went to pick up the car I was told how the title was not in for the vehicle and no one at the dealership even bothered to keep me informed I was having to messaged and call them constantly just to get an update on my title because I am currently driving around with the dealerships plate instead of my own. This dealership sullied my car buying experience and I will never go back nor will I be recommending people to shop here. -10/10 car buying experience.

Here are some of the major mistakes. 1. First they sold me the wrong car by putting the wrong vin of a different car on the paperwork. 2. I was having the car shipped and they didn't ship it with temporary tags or the title. They mailed me the title and temp tags with USPS snail mail that took 10 days to reach me. 3. They gave me two different key fobs. One for my car, one for a different year/make of the same model. They won't try to fix the situation because "the deal is done." BTW it costs 800-1000 to get a duplicate key fob and get it reprogrammed. Dealership businesses live or die on referrals. I can't see someone referring these people.

The problems started just 28 days after purchase and continued to this day. So far we have put more then $10,000 into this truck to fix the problems. Here are a few things they lied about. They said truck was a trade in....it was bought at auction. They said they only had truck for 2 weeks....they had it for months. Said the truck was so nice the manager was going to buy it. Lied about the interest rate, how the truck would be titled, warranty (good one). They do whatever it takes to make the most money and don't care after that. Stay away from this dealer. The worst!!!!!

We're up…read morethis weekend to visit our parents and had a "service electronic throttle control" error message come up when we were about 20 mins away from Gaylord. We made it home and woke up this morning to take it there first thing. They told us it was a Canadian vehicle and out of basic warranty so they can't help us and sent us away. We stopped by advanced auto parts and they sent us to upper lakes tire who actually helped us. After talking to our dealership, they said Feeny should love this kind of work since they will be getting paid from another dealership and it's warrantied work from them. We called back to speak to a manager once we talked to our dealer, and he told us the same thing. "It's a Canadian vehicle so we can't help you." They only suggestion they gave us was to go to muffler man which is closed today. Whether they could actually help us or not, they need to improve on their customer service and explaining things since they left us with no explanation of why they couldn't help us beyond the fact that they were busy.

They cracked the plastic housing and did not recognize this leading to a large loss of oil all over the highway. I had to stop and fill it up with several quarts. I then took it back to them and they fixed it but left the o ring off of the oil cap. This lead to a major loss of oil to my garage floor! Unbelievable all this over a simple oil change. Quaker state in town has never screwed up an oil change for me, I'd take my car there. FEENY will also pressure you to buy and extended warranty when buying your new car there. I did buy an extended warranty at FEENY when I purchased my new car there. I took it in and they said we can call the mopar rep but we don't think it will be covered? Why? It is expensive was their answer. Of course they are changing their tune now trying to blame it on me. Going on since January and despite multiple phone calls and talking with owner they will not honor the warranty! Also, many times I would try to make an appointment for a repair and often it would take 1-2 weeks to get an appointment! Is this because it takes 3 visits for them to do a simple repair? Is it because the cars they sell break down that much? Is it because they know I have a warranty they wish not to honor? Not sure but either way not good!
