The service was quick, the price reasonable, and the quality very good. Given this was my first experience having something like this done, I was very pleased. Everyone we worked with was friendly and accommodating. We expect to have other printing needs, perhaps for photographs and/or business cards, and wouldn't hesitate to return for these. When I walked I was welcomed by Cameron and very nice young man. I told him that we needed this package overnighted with a signature guaranty by close of business tomorrow. I had already checked the rates and was pleasantly surprised when the actual price was almost $20 cheaper than was I saw online. It is not as cheap as it used to be for overnight (I remember when it was under $20.00) but I loved that I was able to save $20.00 anyway. Cameron did a great job and it seemed like the store was staffed to handle more customers if needed. I will definitely use this location from now on.

We got to the store around 3 to be told the notary just went on break & would be back in about 30 min. We questioned the information we were given on the phone and the young lady was unsure why we were provided that information. We waited 40 min for the notary to come back from break. At this point it was 340. However , again we were told she was leaving at 330. Not sure if she provided Inproper information over the phone or not. But it wasn't a great experience and she didn't seem to be in the best mood to be in a customer facing position. Not to add, she didn't even ensure I signed the document before she notorized it- after it was notorized I had to ask for a pen to sign it myself. The other day, we completely ran out of back up ink cartridges, but as it was one of our busiest days at the clinic, no one could afford to leave. Epic Laser saw my dilemma and delivered them right away. If that is not awesome dedication and support to your customers, I don't know what is! I had also had some difficulty replacing the drum and getting the printer to recognize that it'd been changed. So I called EL, and they're rock star receptionist, Andrea, who is a doll, literally downloaded the user manual and helped me step by step. My point is that they don't have to do these things, but they always go the extra mile to help me out if I'm ever in a bind. I called Epic off of the Yelp reviews. The new owner of the business came out the next day and cleaned and fixed the machine without the expensive kits. I was up and running in no time for only price of a $70 service fee. Great! would try this first. I'll also use them to order ink in the future.
