The service was quick, the price reasonable, and the quality very good. Given this was my first experience having something like this done, I was very pleased. When I walked I was welcomed by Cameron and very nice young man. I told him that we needed this package overnighted with a signature guaranty by close of business tomorrow. I had already checked the rates and was pleasantly surprised when the actual price was almost $20 cheaper than was I saw online. It is not as cheap as it used to be for overnight (I remember when it was under $20.00) but I loved that I was able to save $20.00 anyway. Cameron did a great job and it seemed like the store was staffed to handle more customers if needed. I will definitely use this location from now on.

Came in today to get a document notorized…read more We called ahead of time to make sure one was there. We called around 1 pm and the staff stated she was there but would be leaving at 330pm. We got to the store around 3 to be told the notary just went on break & would be back in about 30 min. We questioned the information we were given on the phone and the young lady was unsure why we were provided that information. We waited 40 min for the notary to come back from break. At this point it was 340. However , again we were told she was leaving at 330. Not sure if she provided Inproper information over the phone or not. But it wasn't a great experience and she didn't seem to be in the best mood to be in a customer facing position. Not to add, she didn't even ensure I signed the document before she notorized it- after it was notorized I had to ask for a pen to sign it myself. Odd situation all around- quite a different expierence then the last time I came in .

He was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. But what stood out most was his attitude. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly, answered my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Then my husband asked her for some tape since I think he thought she didn't hear me, and she yelled, "I got it! You can just leave the box here." I also did notice how she told a white person hi, but didn't welcome us with the same entrance. I think this may go beyond lessons in customer service but please UPS do better. I've never been treated that way here. Ever.
