We got to the store around 3 to be told the notary just went on break & would be back in about 30 min. We questioned the information we were given on the phone and the young lady was unsure why we were provided that information. We waited 40 min for the notary to come back from break. At this point it was 340. However , again we were told she was leaving at 330. Not sure if she provided Inproper information over the phone or not. But it wasn't a great experience and she didn't seem to be in the best mood to be in a customer facing position. Not to add, she didn't even ensure I signed the document before she notorized it- after it was notorized I had to ask for a pen to sign it myself. Oh let's talk about FED EX! This was the worst experience I have had in a VERY LONG TIME. It happens. The issue comes from there, no one let me know, Fed Ex driver or company didn't call, email, text or contact me in ANY way. It was a mistake with a easy fix. I then spent most of the day Saturday on the phone with the 1800 Fed EX people, a supervisor, and the local station. At first they said only the sender could fix it but finally let me. The local office was the worst, the man I spoke to, Danny was rude, unhelpful, talked down to me, I admit again in fairness I had been on the phone all together for over and hour already on my day off. He wouldn't let me speak to anyone higher or have them call me back as it was a incorrect address so not the fault of Fed Ex. Here is the thing. When UPS, or Door Dash, or LYFT can't find me they call or text, someone tries to correct this. Fed Ex just quits and they do nothing but delivery. That is their ONLY JOB, I would be fine correcting the address, having the delivery a day later then I was told. But this guy was worthless, he had an excuse for everything. So I call FED Ex corp back and wanted the package delivered that date as everything was corrected. They wouldn't or "couldn't" but I could go and pick it up. I had no way there as my wife had the car, so I said just deliver it Monday. This item was almost $1000 so after a bit I thought I don't trust them anymore and spoke to my wife who left work early so we could go get the item. I then called the local Fed Ex back to say I would be coming to get it, the person they said now. Corp said yes. We went, Danny came out as I was leaving to be a jerk one last time. They suck.

She also helped us with choosing the correct process to obtain the QR code to initiate the return. We were so impressed by her! I also did notice how she told a white person hi, but didn't welcome us with the same entrance. I think this may go beyond lessons in customer service but please UPS do better.
