I've spoken to her many times and it's unbelievable how unprofessional and rude she is. She has given me nothing but false information and doesn't come through with what she says. The first time I calmly confronted her about it she got extremely defensive until she realized she was wrong and wasn't genuine about her apology. The second time I calmly reminded her of her wrong doing she quickly let me know she "had to go" to take care of other patients. I will not visit this location again. I'd rather drive an hour or two for better service. I had zero issues with Dr. Syers. She was great! But what good does that do me if her staff refuses to schedule me to see her. These people just don't care. I can honestly say I've never experienced anything like this at a doctors office before. Also, I just found out that my mother in law stopped coming here because of the same exact reason.

I started going to Omnia when I was about 8 weeks pregnant with our first baby. Since the day of my first appointment & ultrasound, I have felt cared for and respected. I especially have loved Anjulie and Dr. Erin Syers, who I have seen the most for my appointments. Anjulie especially gave me the confidence to have my baby according to my birth plan wishes and made me feel excited to enter motherhood, and she continues to educate and empower me to take care of my body so I can take care of my baby. I am so grateful to have found Omnia and will continue to be a patient!

I had the worst experience with the front desk customer service at this office; they are very…read moreunprofessional. I requested a copy of my lab orders, which I had completed that morning. The front desk staff asked me for the reason for my request, and when I told her it was to provide to my primary doctor, she inquired about the name of the clinic or doctor. This felt like a HIPAA violation--asking me personal questions that were not relevant to her, especially since others could overhear the conversation. I was clear about what I needed. They asked me to provide a urine sample, and when I opened the box to place my sample inside, I saw five other urine samples. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever encountered. Additionally, the waiting rooms were dirty. There were two people ahead of me for their appointments, and one woman was mistakenly checked out even though she hadn't been seen. I was late to my second appointment by just one minute past the grace period. The receptionist suggested I reschedule and come back a whole month later, which was the next available appointment. I explained that I couldn't wait that long, and I was told she would call me back if an opening became available. An hour passed, and I hadn't received a call, so I checked with the second receptionist. She informed me that there was an opening in 30 minutes, so I took it. Ultimately, I spent two hours in the office overall. This was only my second visit to this office, and it's my first pregnancy. The only positive aspect of my experience was the sweet lady who performed my first ultrasound during my initial visit. Dr. Suarez was also very nice and welcoming during my second visit. However, I will definitely not be returning and am glad I found a better office.

My birth control has been effecting my mood and mental health which is why I wanted to change it but it feels like this office is doing everything to stop me from getting it taken out. My first appointment for a new birth control was back in January. I still have not got what I wanted and I'm at the point of finding a new doctor's office completely. It should not take 4+ months to change out someone's birth control who has completed decided on that decision. I would save your time scheduling here, they'll probably just cancel on you anyway.

I appreciate my OB/GYNs and their expertise. I left with a clean bill of health after the great prescription: lose weight and stop feeding your cyst with fats. I had no idea that fat produced estrogen that make larger ovarian cysts. 17 pounds lighter, a change of lifestyle in exercise and eating, I am now free of fibroids and cysts. If you want an office that will actually care about you and treat you like an individual and not be seen by robots, do NOT go here. We recently moved to the east valley and needed a new OB as I have a high risk pregnancy due to my previous medical history. I explained to them on the phone if this was someone their office could handle and I needed to see an OB not a nurse or a midwife due to the complications of my pregnancy. I was scheduled for an ultrasound and "doctor's " visit. The front desk seemed more concerned about their nails and hair than doing their job. I had to redo the same paperwork 3 times because the girl upfront kept deleting it. The ultrasound tech was rude and just seemed annoyed we were there. She has zero personality. While the medical assistant was extremely nice; she did not seem to know what was going on; her nails were longer than her fingers which don't seem professional in a medical setting or even sanitary & she was chewing gum with her mouth open as she spoke to us twirling her hair and ignoring most of what I was saying. I was seen not by a doctor but a nurse; she 100% ignored my questions and concerns. I was then told thy were not going to do anything but have me come back because " we don't even know if you have a viable pregnancy " I was 6 days earlier than we thought and instead of being professional she was rude and heartless. This causes so much unnecessary stress. We got TWO second options that same week and they BOTH agreed the due date would be moved and baby was healthy and growing and there was NO reason to say what she said especially since I am still nursing and there is zero way to know the exact date of conception. When I told her what she said " no you HAVE to be this far along and you're just not matching that " It causes so much unnecessary stress but the way the entire appointment was handled was unprofessional and has zero human compassion. The only reason that I even stopped to wright this review was because the front desk called me today to verify that I canceled my apt. When I said yes I decided to go with an office with better bedside manner her response was " oh yeah that TOTALLY makes sense " and laughed and hung up.

Dr. Brotsky was my doctor, and I thought that we had a good relationship and were on the same page…read moreup until the 40th week. I went to my appointment at 40 weeks, and we decided to schedule another appointment for the following week to discuss the option of induction if the baby did not come. When the baby didn't arrive, I went for my appointment, but the receptionist informed me that Dr. Brotsky had gone on vacation and wouldn't return for a week. I understand that people have lives, but this information hadn't been communicated to me, and I was 41 weeks pregnant. I felt abandoned. I wanted to speak with a nurse practitioner at least to ensure the baby's safety, but they told me I didn't need to talk to anyone and instructed me to call the hospital in three days to schedule an induction. I experienced a lot of anxiety waiting for the baby and having no backup plan. Three days later, the hospital called me and asked me to come in within 40 minutes because apparently, Dr. Brotsky had scheduled an induction for me, but no one had informed me. We rushed to the hospital. Dr. Brotsky returned for the birth even though I had been told she was gone for a week. After practicing pushing with her a few times, she left me with the nurse. I had an epidural so I was not feeling contractions and the monitor was not working and not reading them. I was pushing but not making progress. When I asked Dr. Brotsky to come back, she responded with, "How can I help you?" when I was so vulnerable and needed guidance and support. Once she arrived, my baby was born in 20 minutes. So she could have helped by simply doing her job!!! I am grateful that both my baby and I are healthy, but I couldn't have the birth I had envisioned because of poor communication and planning. I don't recommend Dr. Brotsky. While she seems to care, it feels insincere, and in reality, she does not seem to prioritize her patients' needs.

From the moment we met her she met us with kindness and love. Finding a doctor as a same-sex couple is always a little scary, but she made us feel like family.
