This is my second baby I'm having and in my last review I said, "Any future babies I have I will be going back to Dr. Branaman." I've kept my promise! I'm delighted to be back under Dr. Branaman's care! Everyone there is still wonderful and sweet! Front desk ladies are very welcoming and always have a smile on their faces! Amber is very nice when she checks me in through the back! They've updated the furniture in the waiting room and it's really lightened up the space! Nice big comfy couches. New chairs and decor! I still have about 4 more months to go and I'll give a final review then but I guarantee you my thoughts won't change. This place is perfect and all the lovely ladies there are perfect. Stop looking elsewhere for obstetrics or gynecology because this is the place you need to be! read more

Saw Dr. Price before she left the practice. Just saw Dr Brotsky for my first prenatal appointment with her and she was absolutely amazing. super sweet. Answered all of my questions and listened to everything I had to say. Dr. Price is amazing. Just to get that straight. The problem is the office and the nurses. The management of the office is TERRIBLE. Financial problems are a CONSTANT battle, and scheduling is even worse. On multiple occasions I was directed to E.R - and of course E.R directed me to my OB. Not a single member of their office staff is caring in the slightest. They are extremely judgmental and act like everything you say or ask for is a burden. They especially don't seem to understand that not everyone can afford the bills they throw at you without warning. I genuinely wish Dr. Price had a different practice or team- I LOVED her. It's simply because of the office that I will never step foot in this clinic again. read more

I have been going here for all my women care but this last time I went will probably end up being my last. This place has always been fantastic. The staff has always been so nice, the office is always so clean, and I've never had issues. The nurse who assisted me told me I wouldn't have to pay for a blood work, well... I was billed for my bloodwork, over $600. I have been trying to get into touch with their billing department as they ALSO sent my information to the wrong insurance... how do you do that when you have my insurance card on file? I have called billing multiple times, left messages, NO CALLS BACK. If they are calling me they sure aren't leaving me voice-mails. What is wrong with the customer service these days? Dr. MacCleary was absolutely amazing from beginning to end of my first pregnancy. She was so informative but not overwhelming and put all my nerves at ease about being a first time parent. At time of delivery she was there to support me and delivered a beautiful healthy baby girl. I could go on and on. Dr. Maccleary Price was so amazing from start to finish! I had a pretty uncomplicated pregnancy and she was so supportive, caring, and thorough during our visits. She always made sure she answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed in any sense. Office staff were also super nice and always returned my calls in a timely manner. My pregnancy took a sudden turn at 38 weeks and I was told I would need an emergency C at OB triage. Dr. Maccleary Price SHOWED UP to the hospital within 15 minutes for the c-section. When has an OB showed up to the hospital so quickly? SHE'S AMAZING! She ended up determining that I would be able to deliver naturally and I'm so happy I listened to her advice. Labor and delivery was smooth sailing with her and I was able to deliver in 25 minutes thanks to her wonderful coaching and instructions. I would recommend anyone and everyone to Dr. MP. Bad service and waste of time. Paid for no reason, ended up cancelling further appointments.

Called in September to make a new patient appointment. Their physicians are listed as in-network in my insurance's portal. The front office girl was very nice and double checked that they took that insurance, confirmed yes, but then said they were not booking out until November. She put me on a "waitlist" and nobody ever called. I just called again to give them a second chance, and was told they do not take my insurance. What gives?! Super frustrating and one of many reasons people procrastinate making medical appointments. Come on guys. Just post a list of insurances on your site with a "Last updated on" date and refresh it every few months. Save everyone some time. read more

Reviews say nice things overall but I got a very negative conversation and their portal is hit and miss and every conversation I was threatened that they were going to counsel my appt. If I didn't do the online paperwork. Why was I treated so differently? I finally gave up and did weekday they wanted. Cancelled the appt. read more

Dr. Brotsky was my doctor, and I thought we had a good relationship and were on the same page until the 40th week. I attended my 40-week appointment, and we decided to schedule another appointment for the following week to discuss induction options if the baby had not arrived by then. When the baby did not come, I went for that appointment, but the receptionist informed me that Dr. Brotsky had gone on vacation and wouldn't return for a week. I understand that people have lives, but this had not been communicated to me, and I was 41 weeks pregnant. I felt abandoned. I wanted to speak with a nurse practitioner to ensure the baby was safe, but I was told I didn't need to talk to anyone. They instructed me to call the hospital in three days to schedule an induction. I felt so much anxiety waiting for the baby with no backup plan. Three days later, the hospital called and asked me to come in within 40 minutes because Dr. Brotsky had scheduled an induction for me, but nobody had informed me. I don't know how it happened, but Dr. Brotsky came for the birth, despite the office telling me she was gone for a week. After practicing pushing with her a few times, she left me with the nurse while I continued to push, but I wasn't making progress. I asked Dr. Brotsky to return, and she said, "How can I help you?" I felt so vulnerable and needed guidance. I don't recommend Dr. Brotsky. She seems to care, but it feels insincere; she actually does not care. read more

I was recommended to this practice by a friend of mine who is a nurse at Banner Thunderbird and has had wonderful experiences with these doctors. I was able to get in with Dr. McCleary Price and she is an absolute angel, she's exactly who you'd dream your doctor would be. We were scheduled for a family planning appt in September and ended up finding out I was pregnant the day before that appointment. Every appointment since has been full of thorough care and consideration, we never feel rushed though we know she's a busy doctor. Dr. McCleary Price genuinely cares about her patients and you can feel it during your appointments with her. I recommend her to all of my friends, I will continue going to her as long as she remains in practice. 10 stars for her! read more

Pinnacle Women's Center is truly high quality care. My OBGYN Dr. Maccleary- Price saw me through both of my pregnancies. when the first one ended in miscarriage last year her empathy, and understanding helped me get through it. In April she delivered my first, a beautiful baby girl. Her care for me when pregnant was comprehensive. I felt confident in my pregnancy. During the birth she was so supportive and helpful. I cannot recommend this place and her enough. If you are lucky enough to have Dr. Maccleary-Price as your OBGYN know that you are in great hands. read more

What a place! Not going to lie... I get frustrated with all the online and computerized portals and convos for sure. Trying to book with Dr Brotsky can be a downright nightmare.... Only allowed to book per the month or something like that. BUT! She is so worth it! The kindest Doctor ever. Thoughtful, listens and takes great care to be gently through procedures. Anytime I have had a quick need and booked the NP instead... it's all been well. I have moved very far away now.... But if I can still get into see Dr Brotsky... I will make that drive. Pretty office too! Wait times vary... but again, that's cause she is giving you attentive care so that's worth the wait too. On-site ultrasound was handy. read more

Dr. MacCleary-Price gave me excellent care throughout both of my pregnancies. She was always quick to respond if I needed anything and answered all my questions. I had both a c-section for a breech birth and a VBAC with her and both were great experiences. She walked me through what to expect with both births and was very supportive through some scary processes. I always felt informed and safe both in office and when it came time to deliver my babies. I cannot speak for the Dr's at this practice as I have not had a chance to see anyone. My NP sent a referral over to this office to get a procedure done. A week went by and I had not heard from them so I decided to call and I was told very rudely told that they weren't seeing new patients, I said okay did you happen to get my referral and she said "I don't know" I asked her to check. She put me on hold and then she was like yeah that Dr isn't seeing new patients. To get a referral and not follow up that your office isn't seeing new patients would be the best practice here. The procedure is pretty serious and to make someone feel the way the receptionist made me feel isn't good. read more

There is not enough words to describe how wonderful Dr.Brotsky is. I will never forget the moment my daughter entered this earth and how wonderful and peaceful and at ease my husband and I felt. As a first time mom i was very anxious and very scared of giving birth for multiple reasons and Dr.Brotsky made my life a million times easier through everything. This Doctor is heaven sent an angel from above I cannot sing her praise enough but thank you so much, Dr.Brotsky for being you and for everything you do you're beyond amazing. Dr Brotsky was the doctor I chose to have a total hysterectomy with. She did an amazing job! Her bedside manner and kindness during appointments made me feel very safe and well cared for. I never ever leave reviews but I was astonished after this last experience. Terrible office management and care, I would not recommend going here at all. Every time I call the front desk, if the even answer or return a call, they are incredibly rude and not helpful. They talk down to the patients with nasty attitudes. To clarify, it's not just me both my mom and sister had similar experiences and we've all found other providers since. When I was inquiring about my health or adjusting my medication they were dismissive and rude. Don't you realize your job is to help people? This is healthcare I cannot believe the service that all three of us experienced time and time again. Whoever owns this office needs to do some serious review on the people who are ruining their clinic. read more

This is the nicest office I've ever been to. I felt like the staff was genuinely kind and friendly. The wait time was really short considering I was a new patient with paperwork needing to be processed. The NP, Katie, was really helpful. She answered all my questions, had great bedside manner, and provided great care all around. She truly listened to all my concerns and I didn't feel rushed. Looks like I'm not the only one surprised and perplexed by the aberrant behavior of Pinnacle Women's Center. What a distasteful experience!!! You would think Dr. Brotsky and her colleagues would move forward with an effective policy to eliminate these disparities.  Denying patients with confirmed appointments at the front desk is unacceptable.  The sad part is that upper management and Doctor's are aware of this churlish behavior. It sure feels like they are comfortable with turning their backs on the Hippocratic oath... I told the receptionist on March 4th that I was self pay and she never sent over the information I needed for the appointment until March 22 at 4:52 pm. I called March 22 @ 2:42 pm to verify my appointment because I heard nothing from them in the 20 days. The woman said I was all set to come in for my appointment March 23 @ 8:30 AM.  Upon arrival I was berated, called a liar, denied service and talked down to when they knew they were never going to treat me in the first place.   I got there 15 minutes early, I had time to do the paperwork but they wanted me gone. I needed this appointment and waited 20 days for it.  Could this be based on the errors of the receptionist who initially booked my appointment and the one who confirmed my appointment???? Maybe.... But from the lack of civility it sure feels like this clinic uses stereotypes and negative characterizations based on economic status and insurance coverage. And if this is true their protocol to vet clients is extremely dangerous. read more

I would highly recommend this office. I have had two great pregnancies and deliveries with Dr. MacCleary Price. She is knowledgable, caring, and takes the time to address all your questions (instead of trying to rush patients in and out). The nurses are great as well. They get back to you quickly if you call in with questions. I had high risk pregnancies and the front office was so polite and helpful getting me scheduled for last minute appointments if I needed to be seen asap. They were also able to schedule all my 3rd trimester biweekly visits out at once so I would not have to miss work and use up my PTO days before maternity leave. The office ladies over there referred me over to Pinnacle with Dr. Macleary-Price and I couldn't be more thankful. The amount of love and care I felt from her during my semi-difficult pregnancy and then smooth delivery was an amazing experience. She paid attention to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. She even included my 6 year old in the exams, pointing out things on the ultrasound machine and letting her ask her own questions. Dr MacCleary is the BEST OB I have ever seen, my husband and I absolutely love her! She goes above and beyond and genuinely cares, not to mention that she's completely brilliant--one conversation and you'll see for yourself! She's really funny and has great bedside manner. She took the best care of my baby girl and I, & my circumstances didn't make me the easiest patient; IVF, advanced maternal age, and also have a bladder condition that required more care and attention. Through it all she never rushed our appointments, was incredibly informative, and communicated very well. I felt at complete ease with her and trust her immensely. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Dr. MacCleary-Price. She has th warmest welcome and has never once told me I needed to do something I didn't want to do. I've been seeing her for over 5 years now and would travel across the country to continue care with her-- and I have done just that! During my first pregnancy I had so many complications and she never let anything go unseen. When I was panicking about having an Emergency C-Section, she talked me through it with the kindest words ending with "I would never let you do anything I wouldn't do." and I knew my baby and I were safe. Th entire office has always been great. the front staff can get busy and may have less time for niceties but they're never unkind when I call or wait. Some waits may get long but that's 1000% worth it for a doctor who listens and doesn't rush you! Dr. MacCleary-Price is the best doctor I've ever had. She honored my birth wishes with my twins (putting safety first of course), never pressured me into anything, and has the most incredible bedside manner. She even showed up to the hospital before her office opened to check on me and my twins the days following my delivery. Her office and staff is incredible, family friendly, and so kind. Dr. Brotsky is by far the best doctor I've ever encountered. I've had two children, both delivered by Dr. Brotsky, both unplanned c-sections. From the moment we met her she met us with kindness and love. Finding a doctor as a same-sex couple is always a little scary, but she made us feel like family. If I could give this office more stars I would!! Dr. MacCleary Price is absolutely amazing. The staff in there; Maggie and Allie are great to work with and always treat me so nicely. I have been in this office for procedures and treatments as well as my first pregnancy. The treatment and procedure was less than fun and quite actually I probably traumatized everyone there. But they all stepped up and helped my doctor make sure I was okay. So I've been able to meet everyone there. They were extremely accommodating and helpful in getting me my emergency appointments Quickly. And they even helped me get around the office when my husband couldn't leave work. I couldn't be more grateful for how amazing everyone is there. The front office is very transparent and always gets my message across to the right people.
