Scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement and I show up and they tell me after 30…read moreminutes that the windshield is damaged so I had to reschedule. I come the 2nd time around and I'm waiting in the lobby for over 90 minutes and then they proceed to tell me that the new windshield they got is also damaged and made me reschedule a 3rd time. I don't understand why they couldn't check these windshields when they arrive the morning of. I was probably lied to about these windshields being damaged as they were after market windshields and It was explained to me by the next company I went with that you have to use a windshield directly from the manufacturer due to specific calibrations that have to be done. Absolutely unprofessional from these guys. Showed up for the 3rd appointment an hour late and they denied me and tried to reschedule me a 4th time! Half the reason I was late was because the lady at the front desk had promised to call me to confirm that the windshield was good and ready to go the morning of so I didn't show up and have my time wasted again! I never received a call. An hour before I called and could never get a hold of the office. I was redirected to a customer support line and they reached out to the main office for me. They couldn't even get a hold of them. Absolutely unprofessional.

While inspecting, they saw my refrigerator limit switch was missing, I researched and found this could be a fire hazard, so they ordered the part and installed it. Their rates are really reasonable and it was a pleasure doing business with them. If in upstate SC and need repairs, they're just off I-26 in Campobello. Only downside is on motorhomes, they don't do chassis work, only the coach.

So let me start 1st by saying car repairs are not cheap, so that's not the point of my review. He came to my house and looked at my car and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the issue. He did charge me to come look because that's part of the cost. We agreed on a time, and he showed up when he said he'd be there and my car was fixed for the price he had told me. I had major oil leaks and needed my car to be fixed! Since then he's done cv axle, ball joints, brakes, starter, and alternator. So far I haven't had any problem he couldn't fix. And did I mention he shows up when he says he will? No leaving my car somewhere for hours or even longer waiting til someone "gets around to it" He's not cheap, but he is professional, and that's worth every dime to me.
