My pharmacy needed more information today in order to fill my script but the physician, Lauren (who was wonderful), was not in today and wouldn't be until tomorrow. Knowing that I had run out the staff at IEP Novi went back and forth with me and my pharmacy to ensure I had my prescription today as it's essential to my health. In addition to going above and beyond to make sure my medical needs were met, the entire staff was super happy and genuinely gave off the vibe that they love helping others. If you are looking for an urgent care or need a medication filled until your next doctors appointment like me, I 10000% recommend this urgent care!

Went in for a strep test on a Saturday at the newer IHA Urgent Care-Brighon since my PCP was closed…read moreover the weekend. I wasn't swabbed correctly resulting in negative test. I was prescribed a steroid for the inflammation which didn't even help. A few days later my son tested positive for strep. I called IHA back around 11am asking for a call from the doctor hoping they would prescribe me antibiotics since I was still feeling terrible. I had to call multiple times and still didn't get a call back from anyone. I was told I just need to wait until they have time to call me back. At this point, I'm very upset this misdiagnosis caused me to spread it to my son and now trying to avoid spreading to everyone else in our household. I NEVER got a call back, only an email the next day after 2pm (over 24 hours from my initial call) that I didn't even see until after 4pm saying that I would need to come back in to be re-evaluated. At this point I had already spoke to my primary doctor and was prescribed the antibiotics that I should have been given at IHA in the first place. Very unprofessional and felt my care didn't matter at all! Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

Had a serious cut at the tip of my finger from a circular saw accident while building my new deck…read more After checking in in which took only a couple of minutes, I was in a patient room within 10 min having my injury evaluated and addressed by the on site Physicians Assistant. The PA was very polite, professional with a nice friendly disposition that took the time to explain the medical care she was going to give me where she proceeded to give my finger a 10 Iodine soak to ensure all germs and bacteria were cleaned out of my deep cut before proceeding with suturing my injury. Following the procedure, she gave me clear concise instructions for me to follow that would ensure a proper healing of the cut. From time I arrived to leaving the facility was on the order of an hour which for medical care is quite good by any standard these days. Overall I was very pleased by the service I was provided and will definately return to this facility in the future if the need should ever arise.

When I arrived at the parking lot, I checked-in via a QR code that was on a window sign. It took me to a portal to complete paperwork and that took only a minute or two since I had not been there before. After I submitted the paperwork, I got a text message indicating that it was received and then another text a minute later indicating that everything good with the paperwork. I settled in by turning on a podcast in my car and dug into a magazine. About 5 minutes later, somebody came outside and called a name. My window was up and I assumed it was somebody who arrived before me. But when she called out the name again, I rolled down the window and to my suprise, it was my turn to go in. I was taken to a room where somebody immediately took vitals and a history of my illness. She did a quick covid and flu test. It took about 10 minutes to get the results back and a doctor (RN?) came in to give me the good news - no covid, no influenza but she asked more questions as to my symptoms and wound up writing my an Rx for cough drops and inhaler. I specifically asked if I should be concerned about a concussion and Dr. Ali said no, I did not need to worry and did not examine me in any way to determine if I had a concussion. After having concussion symptoms for two weeks after the fall, I went to my primary care doctor and was diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome. The worst part is that I had to undergo surgery on my wrist several days after the fall and had to be put under anesthesia. Because I was not aware of the concussion at the time, I did not let the surgeon know. I am not sure of the long-term effects being under anesthesia with a concussion will have as I am still experiencing significant concussion symptoms which are affecting my daily life. Would not recommend this doctor.

I sent it to my daughter who is a PA student and she found the break instantly. Meanwhile they told me a radiologist would read the xray 1-2 days later. Didn't heard back from them and so I called them and they told me they couldn't send out the xray to the radiologist because they were having software issues and it would be fixed in 2 days. I called back 2 days later and still not fixed or read . At this point it was over a week that I originally went there and my hand was broken ! I complained at this point and talked to the Dr. over the phone. He had me come back to take new X-rays free of charge. So I go back and the front desk girl is trying to charge me again!! Now this time I'm seeing a different Dr and he also doesn't see the break !! OMG!! I had to show HIM where it was on the new X-ray and then he said " yeah that look suspicious.. yep that's a break" Then it took another week to for them to fix the software and send it to the radiologist . So now it's been 2 weeks since the break and yep... broken 5th metacarpal and a broken wrist bone!!!! I would NEVER use this place!!! Like I said my daughter whom is a PA student found the break instantly!!! Also they did not send X-rays to my primary Dr. There was no way I could get them or have them forward them to my dr .
