If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. We have been dealing with an ongoing issue where our dishwasher will not complete its cycle. Mr. Hart was sent out multiple times to fix the problem, yet instead of resolving it, he repeatedly dismissed our concerns. He claimed it was "user error" or blamed our plumbing. We took the time and expense to address every issue he pointed out, and the dishwasher still did not work properly. Despite this, he refused to listen and continued to deflect responsibility. During his last visit, his behavior was completely unprofessional. He waved his finger in my face, spoke in a condescending tone, and would not allow me to fully explain the issue. When I asked to speak with a manager, he responded, "Good luck, I am the owner." Rather than focusing on diagnosing or fixing the dishwasher, he argued about scheduling. When I finally asked what he was actually going to do to resolve the problem, he said I was being difficult and he left. I have never felt so dismissed and disrespected by a service provider. Have a chest freezer still under warranty that the lid does not stay up. Frigidaire sent out Mr. Hart to look at it. He claimed that was just normal. (seriously??) Said he would call Frigidaire. Called us back and said Frigidaire said that it was normal for the door to drift down. We called Frigidaire back to see what could be done. They said Mr. Hart was told by the master technician to replace the hinges with new ones. So they are sending out someone trustworthy to fix our freezer. Shame on you Mr. Hart!! He cannot be trusted. I was having an issue with my dryer, so I called Hart's appliance repair on a Sunday evening and left a message. My phone call was returned before 10:00 a.m. the following day. The service technician was at my house within 2 hours. He appeared to be knowledgeable, and once it was apart, he explained the various components and what he was looking for. Although he was not able to identify a problem, the dryer ran without issue after he reassembled it. Moreover, he told me that if the issue occurs again, I should call and he will not charge me for a service call the second time. I thought the bill was very reasonable. read more
