You walk in and the lobby is huge, everything looks so clean and professional, no foul odors. But what really grabbed my attention was the staff. There is a LOT of them, not one or two teenagers looking after a bunch of dogs. Having never boarded there before, we were nervous, so we asked if we could see the back where they stayed - no problem! Without a moment's hesitation, they led us back. Again, I was impressed. No cages, smells and barking dogs but actual rooms, spacious rooms with doors. Cots in each room for the dogs to lay on. A nice lady stood there with us and explained everything. It is truly a "resort" for dogs. The last place we left them, we were not allowed to see the back. And when we picked them up, we had to ride back with the windows down, they stunk so much. We had to bathe them as soon as we got home. NOT HERE! Our dogs smelled as good when we picked them up as before we dropped them off. In addition, they upload videos on their Facebook page every day and you can see your dogs having the time of their lives, reducing OUR anxiety. The difference between Natural Breed Kennels Resort and the last place we boarded them is as different as night and day! But here's the kicker - pricing is about the same! Very reasonable for the extreme care they take of your fur babies. We have found a new boarder and we couldn't be more pleased. No worries at all about leaving your babies here!

So this was the first time our girl was getting boarded by herself. After touring the kennels, meeting their staff and trainer, I felt so reassured that our girl was in good hands. I really appreciated that they post pictures daily and give a report card. I also appreciate that there are no extra fees. My girl settled in well and did not need trazadone for her long weekend stay ...that's a big success for her! I'm so happy to have found them and will board her for a week in august too.

They obviously have a lot of fun while they are there, they come home and sleep for a day or two. I have met and gotten to know several of the people and we know they love and care for our dogs well. We are absolutely thankful for everything at Wyolina: the kennels offered, the play time, the personal care and on and on. I can't say enough good. Very thankful for them and worth the 30 minute drive it takes to get to them. They are excellent.

Through my searches, I found Wyolina and decided to try them out since they indicated that they allowed dogs even if they had social issues. My dog can be very nervous in new environments. From the first trial visit to all my subsequent stays, the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. They even eased him into the play groups (spoiler alert: he loved it!). Wanted to love this place SO BADLY, but I think they specialize in small dogs or poodle type dogs…read more(and short haired dogs). I will give 2 stars for how organized they are (when we arrived, the names of all the dogs and who is grooming them is on a white board and check-in is very easy). They were also very communicative prior to the appointment. Staff were all very nice. When I picked my dogs up after 3:5 hours and both were still a little bit damp. I noticed one dog had wet ears and a few knots behind her ears so I combed those out when we got home. Because she was damp upon pickup, she dried with her fur going all over. She is soft and fluffy though. My other dog, however, when I got home I noticed in the sun one area of his skin was super pink. I moved his fur back and noticed a whole patch of skin was raw. I'm not sure if they brushed too hard or with the wrong type of comb, but his skin was almost bleeding (the skin is a little broken in a few areas). The rest of his body seems fine but this one patch is raw which has never happened before. We just moved here so finding a new groomer and vet has been my biggest stressor. I know large dogs can be REALLY hard, but we had an amazing groomer back home so I know it can be done. They seemed to be doing great with the small shih-tzus and poodles and such, so I think if you have that type of dog, you would be okay.

I have been a loyal customer here for years--not only purchasing food, litter, and treats for my…read morepets, but also using your grooming services for my dog. Until today, I have never had any issues. When I arrived to drop off my dog, River, for his grooming appointment, I was told I needed to provide updated rabies vaccination records, which I would have to obtain from my vet. Unfortunately, the vet's office was closed. My groomer, Kayla, explained that she was legally unable to groom him without that information, which I completely understand. I went back to my car, searched my phone for any record, and returned to let them know I did not have it. I also explained that I had not been informed beforehand that his updated rabies information was missing from your records. At that point, another staff member chimed in from the back and very rudely stated that this information had been included in a text. The way she spoke was unprofessional and dismissive. If important information like rabies records is required, it should be clearly communicated in a separate, direct message--not hidden at the bottom of a general confirmation text. Instead of showing understanding or kindness, this employee was disrespectful and showed no sense of customer service. The entire encounter was unpleasant, and I left feeling frustrated. When I spoke with the manager, all I was told was that she would "speak to the employee." That is not enough to address the situation. This experience has completely changed my view of your company, and I will no longer be bringing my business here. It's disappointing to see a place I trusted for years show such a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer care. I will never return here to any location and I advise nobody else does either. I noticed she kept tugging at her ear and this is where i noticed her ears were dry and with rough patches on the inside. My guess is that this location groomer used dirty tools or had my grandbaby in an infested area. I've never experienced this type of breakout and i am never returning back to this Store.

I have only limited experience with the Doggy Daycare and while I don't know what actually goes on back 'there' my dog seemed to be happy when picked up. It was like 8AM and it's Doggy Day Care and isn't cheap , probably be a bit friendlier to the customers. This is WAS my go to spot to take my dog and now I'm done. I feel like they have just gotten worse and worse over the years. You will request report cards and you get nothing! No communication with your dog being there with them while you are traveling. If you are looking for a place to board your dog go somewhere else!
