They obviously have a lot of fun while they are there, they come home and sleep for a day or two. I have met and gotten to know several of the people and we know they love and care for our dogs well. We are absolutely thankful for everything at Wyolina: the kennels offered, the play time, the personal care and on and on. I can't say enough good. Very thankful for them and worth the 30 minute drive it takes to get to them. They are excellent.

Through my searches, I found Wyolina and decided to try them out since they indicated that they allowed dogs even if they had social issues. My dog can be very nervous in new environments. From the first trial visit to all my subsequent stays, the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. They even eased him into the play groups (spoiler alert: he loved it!). I now take my dog to Wyolina for all of my trips! He is now excited every time we walk in and he is happy to greet the staff. We are glad we found them!

Trust me, this is no easy feat!). Teddy usually falls asleep on the ride home from camp as she's so exhausted from her doggy adventures but you can tell how happy and incredibly well cared for she is during her time away. We've had issues with boarding facilities in the past (check my reviews if interested) which left us hesitant to booking, especially considering the expense that comes with larger breed considerations. However, not only does TCC have better care, facilities, and customer service; they are also easier on the checkbook. Teddy definitely has a home away from home in TCC, and even though our new move puts us another 15 minutes out, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

We missed him like crazy and worried about how he was feeling. Dennis actually had us come in halfway through, showed us what Carson had been learning, and said something that I keep thinking about: Carson wasn't missing us. Not because he doesn't love us, but because dogs live in the now. He was busy, focused, doing his thing. We felt so much better after that. Carson came home happy and calm and confident. He understood the rules and felt good about it. And he wasn't (as our son put it) a "bot" now - he was the same sweet and goofy pup but now, he could follow instructions and maintain self control when we needed him to. The staff were also straight with us about the fact that he'd have setbacks. That's normal. They spent a lot of time explaining what you do when it happens. In fact, they spent almost an entire day with all the families at graduation - going over what the dogs learned, getting you hands on practicing how to do it, answering questions, and really teaching a ton of helpful information. We're about to set up our in-home training visit, which will be for all of us, including our three kids - really great to get everyone aligned with Carson's training. The Dog Knowledge is fantastic! We are members now and plan to board our dog with them whenever we go on vacation. I cannot imagine trusting any place like we trust them.

Wanted to love this place SO BADLY, but I think they specialize in small dogs or poodle type dogs…read more(and short haired dogs). I will give 2 stars for how organized they are (when we arrived, the names of all the dogs and who is grooming them is on a white board and check-in is very easy). They were also very communicative prior to the appointment. Staff were all very nice. When I picked my dogs up after 3:5 hours and both were still a little bit damp. I noticed one dog had wet ears and a few knots behind her ears so I combed those out when we got home. Because she was damp upon pickup, she dried with her fur going all over. She is soft and fluffy though. My other dog, however, when I got home I noticed in the sun one area of his skin was super pink. I moved his fur back and noticed a whole patch of skin was raw. I'm not sure if they brushed too hard or with the wrong type of comb, but his skin was almost bleeding (the skin is a little broken in a few areas). The rest of his body seems fine but this one patch is raw which has never happened before. We just moved here so finding a new groomer and vet has been my biggest stressor. I know large dogs can be REALLY hard, but we had an amazing groomer back home so I know it can be done. They seemed to be doing great with the small shih-tzus and poodles and such, so I think if you have that type of dog, you would be okay.

I called to make an appointment, and left a message since you are not able to connect to a live person. The recording said all calls would be returned in one-to-two days. After two days, I called again. Still no call returned. I tried a third and final time and left a message and never got a call returned as promised. It's safe to say that this business is not customer focused and doesn't seem to care about acquiring new clientele. Therefore, I would not recommend this business.

I have been a loyal customer here for years--not only purchasing food, litter, and treats for my…read morepets, but also using your grooming services for my dog. Until today, I have never had any issues. When I arrived to drop off my dog, River, for his grooming appointment, I was told I needed to provide updated rabies vaccination records, which I would have to obtain from my vet. Unfortunately, the vet's office was closed. My groomer, Kayla, explained that she was legally unable to groom him without that information, which I completely understand. I went back to my car, searched my phone for any record, and returned to let them know I did not have it. I also explained that I had not been informed beforehand that his updated rabies information was missing from your records. At that point, another staff member chimed in from the back and very rudely stated that this information had been included in a text. The way she spoke was unprofessional and dismissive. If important information like rabies records is required, it should be clearly communicated in a separate, direct message--not hidden at the bottom of a general confirmation text. Instead of showing understanding or kindness, this employee was disrespectful and showed no sense of customer service. The entire encounter was unpleasant, and I left feeling frustrated. When I spoke with the manager, all I was told was that she would "speak to the employee." That is not enough to address the situation. This experience has completely changed my view of your company, and I will no longer be bringing my business here. It's disappointing to see a place I trusted for years show such a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer care. I will never return here to any location and I advise nobody else does either. We have used boarding, daycare, and grooming services here and have never been disappointed! The staff here seem to genuinely care about the dogs and my dog is always excited to see them. Means a lot to me! We have tried other local dog daycares and this one is the best by far. Worth every penny!
