DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The manager doesn't care about quality. I orders a half dozen gizzards as I was on a lunch break from work (I'm a teacher) and I had to wait 5m to get my order. It took exactly 12m before I started blowing my horn to get her attention. I returned to work to witness old grease and over cooked meat. I called to report what happened and asked my money back. One of the better Hartz locations! The food on the buffet at this location is regularly refreshed, so it doesn't get stale. The restaurant is clean with good upkeep, despite being in the bad part of town. The staff here is very friendly and go out of their way too assist customers. However, they may be difficult to communicate with as English is not their primary language. The dining area is rather cramped, and accessibility may be limited with those who use wheelchairs. Overall, one of the better Hartz locations, and I'd certainly come back if I happen to be in the area again! read more

This chicken is always delicious and fresh, it's a hole in the wall. I've never eaten inside, I just drive thru and my food is always delicious and order is always correct. I love the fries! The chicken is so crispy and juicy not dry, it's honestly better than Popeyes...but that's my opinion. Now the yeast rolls are a must so good. They have a buffet at this location but since I don't like the location I've never checked it out. Maybe one day I'll be brave enough to. Customer service is great as well! read more

Can I give minus stars? The cashier was talking to someone on the phone when I came in the restaurant. The person on the other side was unhappy with their order. I waited and when she got off the phone I asked for one buffet. She proceeds to tell me the buffet is closed even thou the food was still on the buffet table and they were using it to fill drive thru orders. I said "really you have me stand her for fifteen minutes, to tell me I have to place an order to go". Why even let anyone in your lobby this place is stupid and horrible customer service. read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants. They have the best mashed potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw that I have tasted. The fried fish and pretty much all the selections are on point. I would 100% recommend people to go here as the prices are very cheap. read more

Great fried chicken that oozes with sweet greasy goodness. If you get it To Go, the bag will be drenched with liquid gold. I wish they had a spicy version. :( Technically, I would grade this chicken above Popeye's, except it is deficient in the spiciness department. The yeast roll was a real disppointment-- Popeye's biscuit wins that battle. But, I would still go back to Hartz if I had a chicken emergency. read more
