Such a great little spot, with so many choices for those with dietary restrictions. I found this spot while traveling, looking for gluten free options. I also have to avoid A1 dairy. There were so many delicious choices made from great ingredients. We were promptly greeted by staff, ordered, then sat down and waited for our food to be brought to the table. Food was definitely made fresh and came out timely. My husband's breakfast burrito was steaming! Owner was absolutely the sweetest, checking on tables and making sure everyone was satisfied. Bathroom was also cute and super clean. Will definitely be back next year when we make our annual trip to HHI.

Clean bathrooms, nice staff, the food options are pretty healthy. My son likes the bacon and my daughter, the eggs from the sandwich, there's no kids menu, but they have smoothie options and acai bowls.

Wow!! What a great spot! It's unassumingly tucked away in the Food Lion shopping mall. We need more people here - but not too many because I want to still be able to eat here. They've only been open for 7-8 months. So fresh, so yummy. It was clean, bathrooms were spotless. I got a tuna melt, but panini style. We also ordered a regular tuna wrap, a steak sandwich, and an açaí bowl. Amazing. Everything was fresh, bread was great quality, and the açaí bowl came out beautiful. I will absolutely be back to try more.

I can see why this place has 5 stars. What a quaint little cafe. I had breakfast here and it was exactly what you'd want when you stop off for breakfast. I had the breakfast sandwich and you can tell it was made with love as well as my Matcha latte. I liked the fact that my latte was sweetened with agave and my breakfast sandwich was buttery toasted with crispy bacon, and the perfect egg and cheese blend. If you're searching through a list of breakfast places, stop looking and enjoy your breakfast here.

I dined in this morning and got there just before the rush. My food came out quickly and service was friendly. I am impressed with their consistency usually but today the croissant toast was a little dry however the fruit was ripe and flavorful so it was still enjoyable. The iced latte was great per usual and I enjoyed my breakfast.

Acai bowl was tasty. Ingredients were well proportion. The staff was really helpful.

The customer service was amazing. It was my first time visiting and we wanted a quick lunch. My Greek Salad was delicious. I liked the dressing a lot.

One of my favorite secret gems (well probably not anymore) for eating healthy while tasting good! This family owned cafe offers a decent variety of açaí bowls, smoothies, wraps, salads, savory/sweet toasts, and coffee. Also have individual snacks and can drinks to choose from. I could truly eat one of their açaí bowls every day. Highly recommend stopping in for lunch. Service is always good. Minimal seating inside and a couple of small bistro tables outside. Several customers pick up to go orders frequently throughout the day.

Came in today last minute for lunch. Arrived around 11 - breakfast ends at this time and lunch starts but the cashier said I could still order from the breakfast menu if I wanted to. I looked over their specials and chose the Greek Chicken Bowl, their Lentil Soup, and a bottle of water. Total - $25.05. A little steep for lunch IMO but it is what it is in 2025. The bowl was the same size as a bowl you'd get at Yafo, Zoe's Kitchen, etc. Freshly grilled chicken, sweet pickled onions, feta, mixed greens, tomatoes, and basmati rice. Topped with homemade tzatziki sauce. A light vinaigrette was added too - I wish I had asked for more! The rice was bland and dry at the bottom of the bowl, so having extra would have been nice. The Lentil soup is vegetarian/vegan. It was a perfect addition as it was light and flavorful. Ambience was something to be desired as the music was a bit loud (and wasn't edited, so if you have small ears beware) & the guy next to me played videos loud to battle the music . I also waited about 26 minutes for my meal that was seemingly simple to make - and shouldn't have taken that long even if cooking raw to finished chicken. There were only a few people in the restaurant. Order at the front, they bring to you but otherwise self service. I ordered to go so that I could take with me if I didn't finish. I did have to go grab a fork because I was only given a spoon. The paper to go bowl for the soup could have been disastrous as I ate in the restaurant...if I had eaten this at home, it may not have made it. All in all, it's a great restaurant for the area and the options of having healthy homemade food is a huge perk. They have only been around since May 1 and I hope small changes are made so they can stick around for a long time.

We stopped by this cozy little restaurant while passing through and found it thanks to the great reviews--and it absolutely lived up to them. The food truly felt like it was made with love--delicious, fresh, and just like a home-cooked meal. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was spotless and well cared for. You can tell they pay attention to every detail. We really enjoyed our time here and we definitely recommend it!

Espresso Me Up and Berry Liscious Smoothies (24oz. Each)

This place is run by the sweetest people! We went in before a little day trip 10 minutes before they opened since Apple Maps hours were off but they welcomed us in and were so accommodating. The owner said their Google Maps hours are accurate and they were trying to fix the issue asap. The place was clean, well decorated, and the menu was big and easy to read. We got a Berry Liscious Smoothie and an Espresso Me Up Smoothie, both were so good!! Will be returning 100%.

Great service and food! Intimate, clean atmosphere. Plenty of healthy options, especially if you are plant based!

Just a text thread that shows how amazed the wife felt about this food!

Their smoothies cost similarly to an entrée at a quick sit-down restaurant. And that's expensive when you consider what you're truly getting in the smoothie. They claim to use real fruit and they really do, but frozen and probably not organic and mass farmed fruits. It's to keep costs low, I get that. We move on to the marketing hyped enhancers such as energizers, protein shakes and diet suppressers. Ok, add $1 for every enhancer you choose. Most of these enhancers are squirts of oils and not truly what you would expect. For example, one of those squirts are "turbinado," which is basically sugar. You'd think that the fruits would have enough sweetness to them, but we are incorrect. That almost adds 75 grams of carbs to your shake that is supposedly supposed to be healthy. I'm not a nutritionist, but that sounds kind of unhealthy. I always ask for no-sugar added and just the basic ingredients which is what makes them Smoothie King.
