I was glad that finally able to come to this place because their hours of operation are early in the morning to mid afternoon. The lady on the inside was very nice. I came towards the end of the day, so there was not a lot of goodies left, which is to be expected and also a good thing for the business. Drinks such as water and coffee are available for purchase. I ordered an apple fritter and it was big! I took it home to heat it up and couldn't wait to dig in. It had the potential to be good, but it was VERY OILY!! It tasted like the oil settled into the bread and was left tasting like oil and glaze. I cut a little piece off the fritter and squeezed it with a paper towel and so much oil came out. My guest ordered a Lucky Charms donut and said that it was tasty, had soft bread, and it wasn't oily at all. Sadly, that wasn't my experience but the other items that were left looked tasty. I wouldn't be jumping at the bit to try the apple fritter again but it probably would taste better if it were fresher or if I came earlier in the day. read more

I'm not sure what made me stop here. I don't normally buy stuff like this but have seen this "non-chain" brand and figured why not. What a fun surprise this place is. It really is a hidden gem that you can overlook while drive to one of the bigger more well known brands. The ladies in there are so incredibly sweet, helpful, patient and more. I'd go back there for that reason alone. ...but, that's not the only reason to go back. They actually make incredible donuts. Not Dunkin, not Krispy Kreme. Something all on their own. The donut is more along the KK style with the lightness you like but the toppings Jelly Donuts has are so much better and varied. Not only that, they will fill every donuts (even ones with holes) with any of a variety of filling. I did have the best donut I've ever had here (although I'm not a big donut fan, this one was thoroughly enjoyed) Skip Dunkin across the street. This morning specially, the ladies showed professionalism and patience with a customer service. Two people were very indecisive on what they wanted. As they were placing their order, they were also reading text message requests. The lady behind the counter nicely suggested they get their orders from text messages together to move the long line from the door. The customer ignored the suggestion and continued to read text requests and holding up the long line. The women, repeatedly apologized for the customer's rude actions and lack of consideration for other customers. The lady servicing customers didn't have the most bubbly demeanor but I was able to place and receive my order without any issues. Some people are just there to do the job and that's it. I saw this place last week and with a donut loving husband I stopped in. The service manner is succinct, bordering on curt. The environment lacks ANY welcoming warmth or charm. They have an array of mugs and merchandise that is not for sale. Why would any store do that? The donuts are the reason for every season, and these are fresh, fluffy and they fill them to order with the filling of your choice. Dropped in Jelly Donuts on a Tuesday evening after work! Upon entering I was not greeted and there wasn't anyone in the front of the store. I began to look at donuts and the menu. The choices at that time in the evening were not very plentiful. I decided to go with red velvet crumb and iced chocolate.
