The sauna had adjustable temperature and light settings. The sauna could go up to 150F and the tub was set at 45F. In my 60 minute appointment, I was able to do three sauna and three cold plunge sessions, so it was the perfect amount of time. I really love that I get the room to myself, so I could move freely between the sauna and tub. There is both a timer and digital clock, so you can time your sessions yourself. This place is perfect for all your detoxifying and restorative needs. I can't wait to come back!

I absolutely do not recommend prepaying for visits without getting the details IN WRITING. Despite this, Crunch continued to withdraw funds from my account for personal training services through August 2025, even though no training was provided. I have been requesting a refund since August 2025, and as of January 2026, I have not received it. I have received no resolution from staff at the Brook Road location, and I am being repeatedly redirected without results. If this matter is not resolved promptly, my next step will be to pursue this issue in small claims court.
