The security guard was completely out of line. I came in to pick up an online order and had a question about the SNAP discount after being told the policy had changed. Instead of letting management handle it, the security guard, who looked like a Chola, jumped in and told me I didn't have to shop there if I didn't like it. Then, she followed me while I was trying to get my order, making me feel harassed and uncomfortable. This is unacceptable. The manager at the front was already being aggressive about the discount, and instead of a professional explanation, both of them ganged up on me. I spent my money there, but I will not be returning. If this is how customers are treated, management needs to completely rethink their staff behavior and customer service. read more

Honestly I've came here quite a bit in the passed couple months and the customer service is always awesome!so that is why I can't completely give no stars.... I'm just writing this review because I just bought 2 session disposables today thankfully so I had another to compare it to and one of them has a pretty decent size air bubble that looks to take up about 30-40% of the tank. Seems like it is most likely under filled. This is both of the brand new disposables neither of them have been hit they're both straight out the packaging. Which is a huge bummer because I normally would gravitate towards this brand. read more

She said prices change but that doesn't answer my question. If I was a worker picking up phone calls I would be on top of every price because that's what workers are for. I don't know why the customers take their sweet time taking forever to get what they want Like there's not other customers waiting to be called! You shouldn't be taking more than 10 minutes at one budtender! Another thing is the website I can't place any orders online anymore ever since they converted to Trulieve I try placing orders but it keeps taking me back to the home page. Their system for online orders always makes mistakes at the consumers cost. Make sure if u make an online order always bring your phone cuz these people don't believe anything you tell them. They will treat you like you are making something up and you have to prove it through the text they sent. Unprofessional, no phone skills whatsoever. I get it's a head shop, but you can still hire individuals who have people skills and act professional towards customers. Ur still a business no matter what u sell and the customer is always right. Their Website will also state their products have a certain percent of THC, and you'll get them and it's at least 20 percent off what is shown online, I even asked them to put ranges, 89-92 percent thc for example, and they only did for some, not all. So just know if the item shows only a single percent level without any possible ranges, it will never be what's shown. If that is important to you, it's Very frustrating. Basically, we are not getting what we thought we paid for. I sent a screen shot of the text I was sent yesterday, telling me my order would be ready today, I called before hand to make sure, and I was told I was wrong, their system wouldn't do that, orders are only held for that day only. We have driven here specifically for their deals, today (1/19) item 9 labs concentrates is BOGO but they have none in stock. It was barely 10am. Last week, went in for the "monthly special" of grow science live resin 1g concentrates 2 for $55 or 4 for $100 and they were charging us full price. After mentioning the monthly deal the bud tender said that's not true. JARS is superior! CLEARLY A RIP FROM IT BEING TWISTED OFF..... when he twisted the top off, the white styrofoam seal was SEALED ON as well, he had to PEEL IT OFF, and there was no joint in the glass tube....... im in literal shock...... this place is legit the biggest scam of all arizona dispensaries. this is so outrageous plus he called the dispensary and like everyone else in the reviews is saying they let their phone ring and ring and ring and ring. this place has to be investigated or something because this is just ridiculous. you are one of the lowest rated dispensaries for a reason! read more

Even after waiting multiple hours ahead of time, and upon arrival I was ushered room to room and line to line after yet again, not having my order ready. Honestly the prices are crazy high I paid $60 for a cartridge "on the lowest end" which I could usually pay half the price at a different place it' was my first time coming here and not only did I have a problem with the bud tender,!I also had the cartridge juice run out unusually quick it's almost completely empty & I've had it barely 48 hrs so I'm almost positive that it's leaking slowly but surely because it's sticky and I'm pretty sure nobody's going to do anything about it!
