    Climbing the hay barrels!
    Kristi L.

We loved it! They had so much to do for the kids. The barrel and hay rides were awesome! We got to feed cows during one of the rides. My kids loved the slides and the tire swings. I loved the food and the pies. They had golf, corn mazes, pumpkin, a sand pit and a corn pit...it was so fun. The workers are so nice! I definitely recommend visiting them.

Looking for something new to do for the Halloween time we found this cool spot in Polk. Reasonable to get in with some pretty good food and a huge corn maze. You are just wondering around the maze until you get out. Thought there might have been a little bit more as far as decoration or maybe a scavenger hunt or something. The hayride was really cook and got up close and personal with the animals. Still a fun day trip!

I had such a great time here! I've gone the last 3 years in a row, and it's always such a fantastic experience! My favorite part is definitely stepping in the bin filled with corn kernels. It's such a weirdly cool experience! They have the cutest little store on the property that sells everything from jams and pies, to food like bbq and corn on the cob. A highlight if you have kids is they have a play set that you can slide down and tire swings. They also have a ride on hay bales where you can go and feed the cows. If you're squeamish I don't recommend because the cows WILL lick you. It's a great experience and definitely something I recommend you to do every fall!

This was my first pumpkin patch/ corn maze experience and I'll say that overall I really enjoyed it. The kids loved it! There's a bit of everything for all ages. The food was good, but it was a 30 min wait to order, then an additional 10 until you actually get food. I would recommend visiting this place. It's in Polk county, so it's a bit of a drive from Orlando, but worth it.

Corn maze was mostly sand and dead stalks when we went through. Pumpkins were a decent price. Found a random horse to pet so that was alright. But I care about where I put my money and the way that the staff and signage reflected their beliefs in the insanity of Tr*mp ensured I will NEVER be returning here and telling my friends to take their money elsewhere.

The kids had a great 5 hours here! Enough to do for all ages. I highly recommend the food too. Delicious and not expensive.

Not even passable. Very political and sad pumpkin patch and corn maze. Save your money and go to a real pumpkin patch.

The roll was moldy all the way through and smelled horrible. I called up to the feed store and spoke with the gentleman on the phone who advised me that they would replace the roll, No problem! I wasn't able to load the roll back onto my vehicle as I don't own a tractor but I took samples of it so that they could see how bad it really was. Everyone there agreed that it was smelled horrible and very moldy. They offered to replace it with a role that they had there. They had no rolls that were not moldy. They all smelled horrible. I offered to pay the difference between a cow roll and a horse roll and they said that would be fine. The horse rolls were stored in a barn somewhere else so I would have to go pick it up. That was okay. So I paid the difference and then to find out they didn't have a tractor at that location at that time to load it for me. So I paid for two square bales of hay and agreed that I would come back on Monday to pick up the roll from the feed store. Call before driving over just to make sure that they had moved it from the barn to the store and was told by a woman on the phone that they don't exchange hay no matter what and never have. That she would not exchange my roll. So at this point I have paid for a moldy rotten roll of hay paid additionally to upgrade it to the better quality hay which I have not received and paid for two bales of hay from this store. No customer service, no value in their customers, No respect for their customers. Never ever ever will I shop at the store again. I'm having a difficulty even wanting to go back up there to at least get the refund for the difference in my hay, I feel so disrespected. I've never been treated in such a way from a "family owned store" I guess I expected better.

Cornfusion. That's why we recently went to the Smith Ranch. I know they have other services…read more(weddings, etc), but my experience is based on Cornfusion, just so you know. We went as a part of a large group for a homeschool field trip. It's a farm so expect long bumpy dirt roads and be aware of where you put your feet. Again, it's a working farm. This really cute guy will greet you right away; he's got golden hair and the sweetest smile! His legs are often covered in mud, depicting what fun he has on the farm, but he probably won't jump on you. And his floppy ears and droopy cheeks just make me want to squeeze him. Do keep an eye out for him when parking your car. If you do the hayride, you'll see him again working as a ranch hand, corralling the cattle alongside the tractor, forever wagging that tail of his. As far as activities go, there are quite a few for some fall fun... as "fall" as Florida gets. There's a kiddie area with a fire truck to play on, swings, eats, pony rides (I think; it wasn't operational when we went), tractor train ride, and more. Elsewhere, there's a pumpkin patch, Duck Race (rubber ducks), photo ops, a giant bounce pillow (it's like a bounce house except it's a big ol' pillow), giant tubes like hamster balls to roll in, cornhole and our kid's favorite, the corn box! It's like a bi sand box except instead of sand, it's filled with dried corn. Who knew that could be so much fun?! The hayride takes you out through the farm in a trailer that happens to be partially covered; that was nice for us since it rained a bit. They provide food for feeding the cows, too. If you go at night, they have Zombie Paintball; you ride the hayride and shoot zombies. Sounds fun! Don't forget the corn maze! It's was a nice, quick trip through but I think we didn't go very deep. I'm sure there's more to it than what we did. We enjoyed ourselves and our kid was wiped out! The Smith family are awesome people so if you happen to have any questions or issues, let them know. Things to know: restrooms are PortOPotties and they do have handicap accessible ones. The food station DOES take cash or card. You'll be picking corn out of your clothes all day if you use the corn box, but it's worth it. It's pretty "stroller friendly" but it is still over grass. Just have fun! And give that cute guy some ear scratches when he says "hello!"

On this occasion we were here to celebrate a wedding. When you arrive you'll drive down a long dirt driveway, there isn't any gravel area so prepare to park on the lawn. The wedding ceremony was being held in a field and the reception was in the barn. It was a perfect country style wedding if that's you're thing. You know what's not my thing? Cow patties everywhere! From right outside my car door to the actual wedding aisle! I was surprised that even though the ceremony was held in a small field, the aisle wasn't even cleaned up for the bride. Walking up to the ceremony space we walked through a gate except they were doing construction on the ground; so there were large exposed pipes sitting in the ground covering a deep hole. In order to walk across, they put a small piece of plywood all the way over to one side and a traffic cone. It was definitely a safety hazard with so many kids running around and at night it was the only area with a light. Thankfully I had my phone flashlight to keep an eye on the ground as we walked back to the car. The barn was beautifully decorated with lots of twinkle lights and a stage for the bride and groom to sit. There were bathrooms in the barn as well but one was out of paper towels the entire time. Another room in the barn was reserved for the groomsmen to get ready. What I really liked was they lifted garage style doors on the side that had hid the kitchen. Once the doors were lifted you could get in line to be served by the caterers. It was definitely a unique place for a wedding but there were a few cosmetic things I would have changed and there's no good way to hide from wind or rain.

Upon our early/Punctual arrival, Barb and Robert were still preparing the horses for our trail ride, so my husband and I took a little, exploratory walk around the ranch. We were able to meet several Horses and a very sweet Goat. One of the horses is Ziva... she's an absolute Lover! We returned back to the stable to meet our Horses, Dancer and Houston. Dancer was my Riding Buddy and he was a very good Boy. I Love Him. My husband was paired with Houston, a beautiful Painted and also a very good Boy. Barb and Robert assisted us with mounting and briefed us on what to expect of the trail as well as our horses disposition and preferred methods of control, i.e. DO'S/DON'TS. They were Super Nice and Funny TOO! The trail was beautiful and serene. WE HAD SOOO MUCH FUNNN!!! AND Will Definitely Return , as we are local residents. I'm so pleased to know that I can travel just a few moments down the road and feel so far removed from the hectic bustle of Disney. I Can't Wait to go Back. I even think that I'd like to be paired with Dancer again. And AGAIN! Hope you enjoyed your Birthday Barb!
