It all started when we checked in and got our first cup of feed for the day. A short stroll over to their petting zoo led us straight to the donkeys, goats, and some of their youngest Highlands. We strolled around their petting zoo while we wait for our tour to start. After a proper introduction to all of the animals in the petting zoo, we loaded onto a tractor driven by an infant and a farm dog and were taken farther onto the property and there they were! There were at least a dozen Highlands ready for eating! We were given buckets with pellets and the feeding began! Feeding the cows was absolutely hilarious. Loved to see all their wildly different personalities. Some a gentle as a butterfly, some charging at you like a bull after a red flag! We loaded back up on the tractor (yes, the baby was still driving) and headed back to the front where, thankfully, there was a handwashing station. What a fun and funny experience on this close knit family farm!

About an hour and 15minute drive from orlando , this cute family owned and operated farm is fun for a few hours. The country roads are so peaceful and there are plenty of parking spaces. The owners live on the property and are so nice. We got to play with their 2 little ones ( one a new born ) and they are so knowledgeable. There are wash stations and Porta potties on site so it's easy for parents with kids. They don't serve food but do have cold water and lemonade for sale and you can purchase cute little souvenirs as well. They have chickens, goats, alpacas, several Hyland cows and a beautiful horse on property. We stayed for about 2 hours as there is much else to do after feeding the animals and taking photos. They are not open year round so you have to catch them on Instagram when tickets go on sale. I purchased mine back in August !! Go get your Hyland cow on and enjoy the fall weather in plant city, don't forget there are a lot of cool farms and places to eat local as well.

Which I assume treehouse farm would be the partner farm. On instagram we saw beautiful farmland and huge yurt like tents as cabanas with the layouts described on the website. The website not having any photos should've been the first red flag. After making an over 2 hour drive from Orlando we are greeted by someone who had clearly already had a long day, asking us to sign waivers. We ask when the pizza will be served because we are incredibly hungry and it was going to be a hot day. They tell us after 1pm because the pizza comes from this amazing pizza place. We are told where the bathroom is and then led to our cabana. What a HUGE disappointment. It's a tailgating canopy with 8 seats and 2 blow up chairs even though it's advertised to sit 12. We were expecting an enclosed private space but we were just in a line of 5 other canopies the exact same size and decor. The only difference was the number of seats. We got to feed baby cows and they took Polaroids of the experience. That was pretty cool. We then got to feed animals and hold baby goats. That was awesome. Around 1:20pm the super Awsome pizza arrived. 2 dominos pizzas. Was this a joke? Dominos??? The pizza was cold and one of them tasted off. 5 minutes after we got the pizza we were asked if everything was okay and I said no, it's cold and it's dominos. The attendant stated that they got dominos because WE said we were hungry. And that they knew for a fact the pizza was hot because it was so hot on their arms. I was taken aback at the rudeness. The attendants then went to a different party cabana and spent most of their time there drinking alcohol with those guests and ignoring us. No one even wished me a happy birthday. What was supposed to be a full 11-5 day, we left at 2:30 it was so bad. I really hope Cowabunga refunds my mom her money. At least half if not more. DO NOT TRAVEL FAR FOR THIS "EXPERIENCE". It's only worth it if you live local and actually know what you're paying for. First photo is what was advertised. Other photos is what we got.

My mom was especially excited since she loves llamas and alpacas. LunaSea was able to fulfill her lifelong dream of meeting these beautiful animals. It was so awesome so see everyone having fun getting to pet and feed the animals. This experience was such a deal (just $25/person), and honestly you can't put a price on memories like this. Definitely a day we will look back on and smile about forever. Thank you Lucy Lee for the amazing customer service making booking a breeze, and King for educating us about the animals, making us laugh with your jokes, and providing the best tour ever. We had such a great time and we will be back again with more friends and family. - Chase & Colby

Located in Clermont, Florida, 25…read moremiles west of Orlando, guided tours around the grounds are 90 minutes long with plenty of chances to interact and feed alpacas for just $20 a person. The owner of the farm, Mr. King, leads the tours imparting valuable insights into alpaca life and what roles alpacas play being part of the camelid species. The tour begins with brief introductions while attendees feed the farm's chickens. Next, the tour enters a fenced in enclosure and guests form a circle. The juvenile alpacas are familiar with these procedures and eagerly approach and eat from the palms of your hands. Another worthwhile moment is having visitors being introduced to an adult llama. Mr. King starts with a quick demonstration and then all participants take turns mouth-to-mouth feeding the llama. It feels rewarding accepting playful nibbles from such a docile animal. One of the better highlights is having the opportunity to hug a baby alpaca. It's a great way to end the encounter on such an uplifting note. Overall, LunaSea Alpaca Farm is a charming interactive experience where visitors become better acquainted with alpacas. Tours are highly engaging and can make for lasting memories.
