I've always enjoyed this movie theater, it's a bit of a distance to get here but definitely worth it. There's a nice bar in the lounge area as you enter the theater nice little touch when waiting for others or hangout before your movie starts. The staff has always been attentive and friendly. As you get to your seats a waiter will approach you if you are ready to order drinks or food If not once your ready to order they have an order button on each table attachment to the chairs. The chairs are also so comfy but this time we noticed how they do need to be recovered the fabric is wearing off. Overall we all enjoyed our movie and recommend checking this theater out esp the area has alot of walkable restaurants and stores to visit. read more

We come here ALL the time. Especially for the amazing $6 Tuesday movie tickets! Its a very comfortable movie theater experience. I think the most unappealing part of my experience- every time- is the front office staff. I dont know what it is, but I NEVER have a good experience with the staff up front in ticketing. They dont ever let me speak. They are always assuming. They rolls their eyes. Its happened with every encounter. And its always different staff giving the same energy (or lack thereof). When it comes to the food, it can be hit or miss. Which for the price, the expectations should always be a hit, and not a miss.. Sometimes food tastes awesome. Other times its overcooked and dry. The staff doesnt always communicate. Ill need something like a utensil, or napkins, or to go box, and I have to ask for it multiple times, which ultimately does disrupt the movie. Haven't gone to a movie here in a longtime and wow. This place has really gone down hill. The theater seats are in horrific shape. I should have left and asked for a refund but against our better judgment we stayed. I won't be returning if they can't maintain the seats they asks their guests to sit in what kind of condition do you think the kitchen is where you can't see what is happening? The chairs look like they found them on the side of the road. I am attaching a photo please look at it. This was my seat but the entire theater was this condition many way way worse. Decided to check this place out, and unfortunately it was underwhelming. I came to see Scary Movie with two other friends on a Sunday. For starters, the chairs in the theaters need a revamp ASAP. The service was so-so. My server failed to mention add-ons to drinks were extra, and made it seem like they were flavors of the drink I was ordering. Nothing wrong with paying extra, but I would've liked a heads up. Like I mentioned earlier, I came over the weekend and this apparently means majority of the menu is unavailable. I could not order two of my first choices of drinks as "they were so busy they sold out". Also was not able to order some food items I wanted as they were out of stock. The food itself was good for the quality, but everything was warm if not cold. I understand these are being made in a kitchen elsewhere, but I don't enjoy eating overpriced food cold. I'm such a movie fan. And a spot that has a casual dine-in option with real, affordable food is awesome! Had some friends travel down from VA and researched this spot as a meet up. We went to see Mario Brothers. We were early so we started off at the bar. Excellent service. She helped us order and catch some great deals (2 for $32 dine) special so by the time we were seated, our food was coming in right behind us. The theater itself was a little old. Seats were ripped in almost every seat in our theater. It's time to refinish those seats. They have recline seats that let you put your feet out. Super comfy. The food was just ok. I had a BBQ burger and fries. The location was awesome. Lots to do and see around it. In seat dining service was throughout the movie which I love. This place has going down hill over the past couple years. The seat are showing there age with the wear and tear. When you lower or raise you chair it makes a noise. I orders the cheese fries and they came out cold and had to send them back. I also ordered an old fashioned and it tasted watered down, and this is coming from someone who drinks them all the time. Very disappointed with the staff and overall experience. The air conditioning in Theater 3 was not working, and no one informed guests before the movie started. When I asked an employee standing just outside the theater about the lack of A/C, I was told to "sit lower." I then spoke with another employee, who blamed the front desk. When I asked why customers weren't informed beforehand or given the option to switch to a different movie, the responsibility continued to be passed from one employee to another. What I want to know is why guests were not given the choice to watch a different movie if management already knew the air conditioning was not working. A simple announcement or warning would have been appreciated. The theater was hot. On a positive note, the servers delivering food and drinks were friendly and provided excellent service. The old-fashioned was good. Unfortunately, this was my first visit and will also be my last. It really sucks leaving a movie theater sweaty after paying for a premium movie experience. read more

Only 6 handicap spaces, and little else for convenient parking. Seating is already ragged out for this being a newer theatre. What was really annoying is the servers waking in front of you as good/drinks (alcoholic are available,,.). Prior to the movie, it's requested that there be no talking, turning off phones, and removing disruptive children, yet here are serving staff distracting you! Even prior to the end of the movie, the billing is dropped off at your seat, with a "service fee" on top of the already atrociously priced concessions! Took 2 calls to get requested ice water. IDK if there's a concession area, where you can pick up your own snacks, and avoid the "service fee." Maybe some people like this set up, but I paid to see a movie, not multiple people walking and talking in front of, around, me. read more

First time coming to a movie theatre that has food services! I will say, it was an excellent experience. Definitely highly recommended. The employees were very friendly and attentive. The food taste delicious and they were great portions. My wife and I did the special (2 for $32). You pick one starter, we picked Chips & Queso. Then you pick (2) entrees, we chose BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger and a Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza. Both of the options were very tasteful and delicious. However, my wife and I said, next time we will opt for something less messy. Although the burger was delicious , all the BBQ dripped all over our hands, so we had to get wash up after eating, to not my sticky. The ambience is very nice and clean. Very modern looking. Easy to buy assigned seats online. Nice friendly welcome at arrival. Had a great experience at the Bar with Brian. He prepared great drinks (Roze Rita and Passion Fruit Mojito), and advice. Went to watch zootopia and enjoyed this experience. The atmosphere was nice and clean leather seats that recline and were very spacious. Prices were pretty good. Food and drinks had many options. We went for a large popcorn, beer, and soda and pretty reasonable. We first asked for an iced tea but didn't taste well and got a soda instead but still charged for tea. Server forgot to take off. This movie theatre wants to be fancy with every theatre being dine in, but I think I prefer amc dine in over this. It just felt like upscale for tourists not upscale for real. We visited for a 2:30 movie on a Saturday and already the bathroom trash was overflowing, the floors had that slick feel when they are mopped wrong (like leftover soap) and while our alcohol was good my tenders felt over breaded and they weren't super warm. In fact it took 40 min between ordering and receiving our food, which in theory was fine but...its a movie theatre so I couldn't even see the food I was about to eat which just made me feel slightly off. read more

I love how you don't have to wait in a long line to order food, you're able to order from the comfort of your own seat in the theater. First time at this location. I would come back as I give places second chances and opportunities to fix things. The lobby and bar was clean and nice. The employees were very friendly and nice. The food was great. However there's room for much improvements. Upon arriving to my seat I noticed that they still were popcorn and small bits of food particles left in my seat as well as other seats. I had to get napkins to clean my seat and food tray. Apparently they don't clean between shows or maybe they rushed it. They didn't do a good job with cleaning the floor and you can see hair and other lint particles on the lower part of the walls where the lights beam off the cloth part of the wall meaning the stairs. Lastly the seats need cleaning and re-upholstered as all seats were damaged and worn out. Oh and lastly I would recommend that they use paper cups versus plastic cups as my cup leaked from bottom causing it to flow in my clothes. When I got into Theater 4, it was dirty. Nothing had been wiped down, and there was soda on both the floor and the seats. It was clearly not recent. It had dried into a sticky, syrupy mess. I could hear my own footsteps sticking as I walked because the syrup was on the bottom of my sneakers. One of the cupholders even had soda still sitting in it. I was able to get our seats changed, but unfortunately, the new seats were not much better. They were covered in food crumbs. Someone was sent to clean the area, but all he did was take a quick look, give it one wipe with a rag, and walk away. The food was okay, but the fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. The only reason I am giving this two stars is because the staff were kind and the movie itself was really good. read more

This was our first time at this cinema and we had seen fairly mixed reviews, but the price was average so we thought we'd pivot from our usual cinema. Unfortunately upon ordering two drinks one came within around 5 minutes the other, ordered before the trailers even came on didn't arrive until 5/10 minutes into the film! Around 30+ minutes later!! Despite us asking 4 different staff, each said they would check on it and no one returned to us, it eventually came but obviously then disrupted us actually watching the film's opening. Although we didn't get food, we noted that the prices on the menu were not bad at all for a movie theatre, and definitely had an interest in a few of the options for a later date. I have been wanting to visit it for quite some time now and it was a long drive for me, but I had to go and see what it was like, but I will tell you when I first got there and walking into the front door. There was a young lady and her mom that was in a wheelchair and they don't have the push buttons for handicap people so the doors will open to let persons in wheelchairs. Enter into the building easy I thought that was quite odd and unusual and they need to fix that properly! It took myself and another young man to open doors and help her push her mom through the doors to enter into the movie theater! Purchased my ticket at the counter was pretty easy and so I go into the actual theater once I find it because it's really dark in there really kinda odd. They are lighting of course but just a different set up that I've used to so I get into the theater finally find my seat. It was very clean in there, look nice. The chairs were comfortable yet. I couldn't recline my chair all the way back. I did notice that the chair was right on the wall so only thing I was able to do was to lift the leg portion of the reclining chairs. It was very cold in there so bring a jacket or a blanket. The food was average I had to send back my sandwich just wasn't right. The service was very nice and quick with the service. Will I return again? I doubt it. There is another movie theater closer to my home down the road in my opinion a little more elegant and the food is always on point. An easy, clean and usually not super busy theater location. I wouldn't recommend this theater for a major film, as the staff delivering food and drinks can be a bit distracting. But for a simple movie night out, this place is great. Their food is WELL ABOVE normal theater food in quantity and quality. But they still have the classic popcorn and a soda if you want something simple. The seats are a bit odd, as they recline but only about 60%, so you are either almost reclined or sitting in the seat like normal. They have food service right to your seat. You press a button and a server will come and bring you your food, drinks, refills.... It's awesome. It's also an amazing value! Ticket and food prices have increased noticeably, and the seats--while once new and very comfortable--are now showing their age and feel far less "premium."
