Decided to check this place out, and unfortunately it was underwhelming. I came to see Scary Movie with two other friends on a Sunday. For starters, the chairs in the theaters need a revamp ASAP. The service was so-so. My server failed to mention add-ons to drinks were extra, and made it seem like they were flavors of the drink I was ordering. Nothing wrong with paying extra, but I would've liked a heads up. Like I mentioned earlier, I came over the weekend and this apparently means majority of the menu is unavailable. I could not order two of my first choices of drinks as "they were so busy they sold out". Also was not able to order some food items I wanted as they were out of stock. The food itself was good for the quality, but everything was warm if not cold. I understand these are being made in a kitchen elsewhere, but I don't enjoy eating overpriced food cold. I enjoyed watching the movie, but lots needs to improve here. Not sure I'll be returning.

This place has going down hill over the past couple years. The seat are showing there age with the wear and tear. When you lower or raise you chair it makes a noise. I orders the cheese fries and they came out cold and had to send them back. I also ordered an old fashioned and it tasted watered down, and this is coming from someone who drinks them all the time. With two other movies theaters in the area might have to start going to them.

Very disappointed with the staff and overall experience. The air conditioning in Theater 3 was not working, and no one informed guests before the movie started. When I asked an employee standing just outside the theater about the lack of A/C, I was told to "sit lower." I then spoke with another employee, who blamed the front desk. When I asked why customers weren't informed beforehand or given the option to switch to a different movie, the responsibility continued to be passed from one employee to another. What I want to know is why guests were not given the choice to watch a different movie if management already knew the air conditioning was not working. A simple announcement or warning would have been appreciated. The theater was hot. On a positive note, the servers delivering food and drinks were friendly and provided excellent service. The old-fashioned was good. Unfortunately, this was my first visit and will also be my last. It really sucks leaving a movie theater sweaty after paying for a premium movie experience.

I'm such a movie fan. And a spot that has a casual dine-in option with real, affordable food is awesome! Had some friends travel down from VA and researched this spot as a meet up. We went to see Mario Brothers. We were early so we started off at the bar. Excellent service. She helped us order and catch some great deals (2 for $32 dine) special so by the time we were seated, our food was coming in right behind us. The theater itself was a little old. Seats were ripped in almost every seat in our theater. It's time to refinish those seats. They have recline seats that let you put your feet out. Super comfy. The food was just ok. I had a BBQ burger and fries. The location was awesome. Lots to do and see around it. In seat dining service was throughout the movie which I love. Overall, we had a blast and love the concept.

Comfy reclining seats with push to order service. I ordered the potato skins which were good. Good service. The only downside is the restroom locks need repair

First time coming to a movie theatre that has food services! I will say, it was an excellent experience. Definitely highly recommended. The employees were very friendly and attentive. The food taste delicious and they were great portions. My wife and I did the special (2 for $32). You pick one starter, we picked Chips & Queso. Then you pick (2) entrees, we chose BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger and a Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza. Both of the options were very tasteful and delicious. However, my wife and I said, next time we will opt for something less messy. Although the burger was delicious , all the BBQ dripped all over our hands, so we had to get wash up after eating, to not my sticky. The ambience is very nice and clean. Very modern looking. I will definitely will come back on another movie outing with my wife, to Studio Movie Grill!

Oh wow this was an amazing experience we watched the ufc fight at the theater they bring you food you relax it's a movie theater like come on y'all

I really enjoyed going to this movie theater located at 192 West Kissimmee. It's cozy and unassuming, but it offers a full-service bar, a menu with tasty food choices and you can dine while watching your favorite movies on screen. Plus, it's easy to fall asleep, as they have reclining seats, so bring your blanket for a more comfortable experience. And if you want to save cash, Tuesdays are the best day because all tickets are $6.00, so everyone wins!

Easy to buy assigned seats online. Nice friendly welcome at arrival. Had a great experience at the Bar with Brian. He prepared great drinks (Roze Rita and Passion Fruit Mojito), and advice. We also ordered at Bar delicious food (Margherita Flatbread) and bring it inside the theater. Very engaging the bartenders (Brian and Andrew); all timely and well prepared. The theater was fine, except for my reclined chair; although comfy could not be fold back / un-reclined. Service at theater also friendly. We will be back.

Not a great experience at all!! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting!! The seats were very sticky as well as the tables. I've been here one time before and it's definitely gone downhill since!!

This was the cleanest one I could find!

Our family of seven attended the first showing at 1:00 p.m., and unfortunately, the theater was not clean. The recliner I sat in was broken and wouldn't recline, with visible damage. The bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, and both the seats and floors throughout the theater needed cleaning. I would. Or eat the food they serve if I were you. Overall, the experience felt disappointing and below the standard we expected.

Can you just purchase movie tickets and how much for 60 year olds?

Yes. You can purchase online or in person. When Purchasing in person in person you run the risk of getting leftover seats and or not so good seating. I think they also give discounts for seniors and children under a certain age. Hope this helps!

Kind words and professionalism. The only concern was something we believe is well, not profession or sanitary. We don't believe you should use your hands to open up the popcorn bag! We believe well- that's nasty. You can pop the bag to open the bag, or use the scoop to open but not your hands! Would you do this when you serve a soda- stick your finger or hand inside a cup to dry or clear debris? Look, we asked our cashier not to put their hand inside the popcorn bag and pop it like one of his employees did and we got a weird look- we asked in the most kind, super Disney kind voice- PLEASE DONT STICK YOUR HAND IN THE BAG. PLEASE POP IT OPEN JUST NOT USING YOUR HAND (that's caps here- not yelling). When the employee went to get the popcorn it looked- we believe- he told the manager this (we could be wrong) but even if he didn't , the manager looked to brush off what the employee said and OPENED UP USING HER HANDS THE INSIDE of the POPCORN BAG (yes here I'm escalating emotion). It's just not professional or sanitary. If napkins fall on the ground- throw them away! It's simple. Other than a manager setting bad example the movie was great, the theater was clean (old) but clean, cold ac nice- and nice loud show! (Forgot to add- you can't call and speak to anyone ever. The system is a what I call a Covid system. You know, you can no longer reach the business by phone or email... you have to go to corporate website and fill out a form. Inside feels like you've been transported to to an outdoor movie theater. It's dark with little lights inside car-tables lined up around a giant screen showing different Sci-Fi shorts. All of them are quick so you don't have to worry if they show something you don't care for. They also even have little speakers that play the music, just like they would have in a drive in back in the day. I saw set ups for bigger parties but I feel like two people get the best set up because they get to sit like they're in a car. There are tables at the back not in cars so they can be used for handicap seating. I wasn't able to book us all at the same time, but I do know I booked my mom a handicap seat and she was able to be accommodated. I will say you book this more for the ambiance than the food. The food itself is ok and there are plenty of things that looked interesting to try, but I haven't ended up liking much of what I've gotten here. Sadly they removed my favorite thing, the cheese steak sandwich. I know I know the menu will change but I genuinely thought that was a classic that would stay so I was bummed. I did like the milkshake we got this time and my sandwich was decent but it was a holiday event special so I doubt I'll see it again either. Ah well, this is one of the more interesting places to eat here so we will likely be back. Both visits I waited almost 1 hour for my reservation to be honored. No apologies. Nothing to accommodate. (Keep in mind if I had shown that late they would have given my table away). Once they actually left it took 10 minutes for the tale to be cleaned and another 10 before another reservation was sat. The lobby was still full of reservations not being honored though. The wait staff was OK both times. They go through the motions; food is slow to come out. We were checked on once. No area leader in sight to check on people. There's a whole park outside and stopping here on two separate occasions has put my planned time at the park in jeopardy. At this point, I won't be back. And if you have plans in the park, consider NOT eating here.

However, upon picking up the menu, the odor of beer hit us. There was unwiped beer on the side table and the menu was just placed on top of it. So we put the menu back down, and just used the QR code to order. Our movie just began, we ordered the soda, pretzels and chocolate chip cookies. The soda took about 12 minutes to be delivered. The pretzels and cookies were delivered 30 minutes after we ordered them... way too long in my opinion. The chocolate chip cookies were pretty good. They were warm, which makes cookies even better. When it came time for the check, our check was wrong. There was a beer on our table that the seat next to us ordered. We did not drink beer during the movie. We had to flag down a server to have them fix it. When the checks were delivered towards the end of the movie, everyone is turning their flashlights on to read the checks. Completely distracts from the movie going on. That was very annoying. I would assume that there would be a better system for having people pay their checks then having to turn their flashlights on during a movie....
