This was the first time at Berry Sweet Acres for me. I came here since it was in my strawberry passport. I was very happy that my passport provided me a free pound of strawberries. I went to the fields and they were way bigger fields. There are fields all around the main building. It's a lot of strawberries. I picked my strawberries and I was done. Super easy. They also had a coffee truck and a bbq truck and sold some other goodies as well. Right now it's $4 for a pound and $7.50 for two pounds. My first pound was free thanks to my strawberry passport. These strawberries are very pretty and red and juicy. There are lots of picnic tables to sit here with family and enjoy the day!

Lovely little berry farm in/near Plant City! We took the whole fam (grandma, a baby and a toddler) and had a blast! There's a lot of land to be picked and you essentially grab a plastic carton and fill it. It's pay per carton and the large 2lb one is $7. It's a slightly muddy farm field so dress accordingly--either sneakers you don't care about or even some boots. Not really stroller friendly, as we guessed, so we through the baby in a carrier. It wasn't too busy and we picked some big, beautiful, juicy berries. I recommend stopping at Parkesdale Market before or after to get their famous strawberry shortcake and milkshakes.

Highly recommended! So many strawberries in the field. The strawberry jam burger was AMAZING. I'd definitely go back again.

My friends and I went strawberry picking this weekend, and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. I made reservations online ahead of time, but they accept walk-ups also. There is plenty of parking in their two dirt lots. The cost is $2 per person to pick, then you can choose to buy either a big carton to fill for $7, or a smaller carton for $4. I loved that the place was very large, so everyone wasn't picking on top of each other. There was plenty of room to spread out. The strawberries on the vine were bright red and plentiful, and we had multiple cartons filled in no time. It was so pretty in the fields that we didn't want to leave. When you're done you go check out and pay, either cash or credit card. They also have strawberry onions (no, they don't taste like strawberries, but they are grown in the strawberry beds, so they are sweeter than your average onion) and sunflowers for sale. We went to a local market afterwards, and the strawberries they were selling weren't even half as gorgeous as the ones we had just picked. A great time was had by all, and we will definitely be regulars here during picking season.

Loved my time here! The people were working, were very informative and helpful. They seem to enjoy what they were doing, which was lovely.

Such a fun experience! We picked strawberries and then got the best coffees at the food truck there (Motivational Mug). Strawberries were $4 for one pound or $7 for two pounds. Huge fields to pick from to!

$9 for 2 lbs u-pick strawberries is overpriced. Strawberries are cheaper than that at Publix right now.

They grow everything without pesticides or anything synthetic. They have honey of all kinds, pure real delicious honey! We took home three after they provided samples. They have healthy but very delicious probiotic drinks and some healthy bakery goods that contain great nutritional ingredients! We ate 3 as well! You can purchase produce, eggs and tons of fruit trees. They also have classes every Saturday 10:30 AM. They offer amazing resources and they also have buying options available for several products such as the entire aquaponics system to start growing immediately! They build everything and they grown everything. The story of this place is extraordinary and inspirational especially if you have never done anything in farming or growing on your own. A huge plus for this farm is that the owner is a Christian and a Pastor and very much respected by our family personally. I am extremely grateful for resources for preparation in uncertain times. We will definitely be back and we also use this for a homeschool field trip. And if you homeschool you know that Saturday at a farm is fun! They also have tons of animals you can pet and a animal rescue center where you can take some home! As you can tell I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! Looking for non gmo seed or a aquaponics system? This is the place for you!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this farm!! We cannot wait to go back! My 15&14 year old sons were taking notes and want their own aquaponics system! Absolutely go and check them out! Location is Plant City!

Went to this location for their U pick. The way this works is that they provide a small container…read morethat holds about a quart and you pick all the strawberries you want... you transfer however many quarts you filled onto a larger container that one must bring from home. We used a plastic storage container and this held a lot. Quarts are 50 cents each. Pick pick pick all you want and in the end, you tell the cashier how many quarts you filled. Yes, this uses the honor system. One lady had two large bags and she claimed to have filled one container, it was an obvious lie. You must return their container and if you forget something to take your berries home in, they have some clear plastic ones for sale. The strawberries are delicious, ripe, juicy, and found all around. My 20 month old son loved them and he enjoyed the experience. For about $3-4 dollars we have strawberries for a while to use on anything we want. We even gifted quite a few. Definitely coming back and making a tradition out of this. Note: they also have onions for sale.

Though I would like to include they are not organic strawberries. They cost about 1 dollar per the amount of the small basket. We also bought onions from here and they were one of the best quality I have seen, though the onions are a bit expensive. Overall, I enjoyed the strawberry picking at their farm and would absolutely recommend anyone who would want to go strawberry picking.
