First time at this theater tonight. Went to see Moana. Let's just say it's very unassuming on the outside and honestly as soon as you walk in. The parking lot is small and so is the lobby. But once you enter each theater, it's actually pretty decent. The chairs are leather, surprisingly comfortable, and have a remote control recline. I was impressed. The sound system doesn't give "surround sound" like other movie theaters but it did the job. I didn't buy anything at the concession stand so I can't comment on that. I also didn't use the restrooms so I don't know how clean or modernized they were. This theater is definitely more intimate but I liked it, and would return. read more

The gift card reader has been down for months, so everybody who received gift cards his gifts cannot be used to watch movies, the signs for the snack bar with prices. Both screens were broken, the theater was not very clean and it is a shame because I've been going there for years and it's been a great little theater, but the last four or five months it has declined. read more

Terrible. We took our nieces to see Musafa and there was a group of teenagers who talked through the entire movie. We tried to get them to stop and they threw something at one of us. What a low life crowd they get here. It used to be a great place to see a movie, but they have no control over their patrons and the theaters and seating are very old and dated. Went to see the 7:30 Night Swim Movie! This is the first time we had a Cinema with the Old, Non Reclining, Extremely Uncomfortable Seats! Where do I start I have been coming to this theatre since I was a kid. I have so many memories here, but aside from that, this theatre is innovative, and for how cheep the prices are, it is the highest quality around. The recliners are clean (I can't stress enough how clean this place is) and comfortable. The screens are clear and the atmosphere is friendly. The staff is approachable and make you feel welcome. And bs of all the food! The food is beyond anything you can get at any theatre they have so many choices and it tastes fantastic and again it's at a great price. From my understanding they are still Independently owned and operated. Compared to all the theatres around they are the cream of the crop. They have my business for life and I encourage everyone to try this place out at least once. I guarantee you will come back again and again. read more

Deciding to have a date night in Zephyrhills means one of two things... Bowling or a movie. Well, with my acrylic nails, I guess a movie it is! We went to the Zephyrhills Cinema 10 to see the new movie Blockers. Two tickets came to $18. They have a deal where you can get a large soda and a large popcorn for $8. The seats are comfy, and the screen is good quality for the size of the theater. Overall, a great experience. Will be back. read more

A little dated in places (lobby, etc), but the price was right and I liked that the theaters were a little smaller and the seats were top-of-the-line and comfortable. Good sound, but noticed that the movie was cut off on the edges (assuming horizontally but definitely vertically) to fill the screen. It's worth noting that at least for the movie we saw, there were no previews at the beginning, so it's good to show up at showtime. read more

This is a great movie theatre. Prices aren't insanely high, you can buy alcohol for the adults, plenty of cinema options for viewings, and the chairs... I can't explain them. Just walked out of theater. Went to see Black panther. The entire movie we had teenagers who were on their phones and talking the entire 2.5 hours. Multiple people told these teens to shut up and it continued. One patron went to the front to complain and no one came in and addressed the situation. I was sitting on pins and needles hoping this situation wasn't going to escalate. The manager and owners need to take notice and do a better job handling situations like this. If I recall a man was shot and killed over a similar situation. Wanted to support a local business but tonight wasn't worth it! read more

Tonight was my first night coming to this cinema. I was very pleased. Extremely pleased. Prices were very reasonable. I went with my brother. I went online and purchased tickets. I did not realize I was buying for the future so when I showed up with my family I was told that I would have to purchase tickets for that night. I asked why they could not be transferred or something and was told it wasn't possible. I asked for the manager and the young man grinned and said he was the manager on duty. I paid for the tickets a second time and thanked him for the wasted money. This happened about 2 months ago. Fast forward to this week. I again went online and purchased tickets for tonight. I never received the email with the tickets so I sent them a message through their "Contact Us" link on the web sight. They never responded to me, and now the movie is starting in 10 minutes and again this place has ripped me off for 3 tickets. I let the first one go, but the second one ludicrous. I have wasted $62 on this place, no more. I will drive the extra 5 miles and go elsewhere. read more

Today is 05/26/2002 7;30PM So I dont know were to start I had high expectations for this vist but it went down the drain as soon as I order the popcorn. Expecting that the new seats will bring a higher level of customer service but I was wrong. They still manage this tiny theater like a corner store. It was so simple for them to do something about my extremely salty popcorn.. but they refused to. There answer was that is the way we cook it and the salt is already in the mix. Not like AMC who can even provide a no salt option. Wao, what a horrible customer service. Sad that you loose customer over a bucket popcorn. Dont waste your money going to this theater. This is a great little mom and pop theatre. The owner is nice, and the staff friendly. The prices are great, both for tickets and concession. Presentation of the movies is usually good, sometimes out of scope, etc. BUT You cannot go here on a friday or saturday night to see a movie. There are GANGS of teenagers that roam the theaters at will all night long, completely unchecked. Many of my movies were ruined this way. The last straw for me was trying to see a kid's movie on a friday night with my son, only to have a bunch of teenagers come in half way and loudly curse the whole movie. Parents just drop their kids off like its cheap babysitting. It's so bad that now I will only go to the Cobb in Wesley chapel, as they have ushers to control this. This is a hometown theater. Nothing big or flashy. Just extremely reasonable prices on tickets and their concession stand. It has been my local theater for 10 years. Not the newest or the poshest, but less expensive than any others, convenient, and shows first run movies. At times it can be over run with school aged kids, but we do live in a small town and it has always been a popular hangout. It is easy enough to find a show time that will not be crowded, as I have been the sole occupant at certain showings. All in all, I like this place and it serves my needs well. read more

Beware- I thought we would support a small local business and I was sorry. When we arrived in the cinema the staff ordered us where to sit then for 20 minutes the rude staff with their ear phones were shouting at customers to move. They even brought over a police officer to harass a family I would have left but my young son was with us. It was a very uncomfortable situation; they were more concerned about empty seats than the people sitting on the steps/fire exit. I will NEVER put my family in danger again, I will tell my family and co-workers to drive the extra mile and visit a newer, larger and safe cinema that appreciates the patronage. read more

Very rude Shift Manager. They had a kids pack on display that included popcorn,drink and candy. When I ordered two for my daughter and her friend was informed they were out of the candy. I asked if they could substitute another candy and offered to pay the difference in price if any. Was told no the owner would not allow. I asked why they still had on display and was told they and just ran out. And would not be taking it down because they eventually will get more of the cheap candy in. This makes no sense kids see the little tray and of course that's what they want. Will not return because of how snooty the female "shift manager" was. read more

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. NON CARING OWNER AND STAFF...I have lived in this town for 13 years. I've been using this theater as of late because my kids are teenagers now and like to meet up with friends. I went to the theater last night with my 13-year-old and two-year-old son who insisted on bringing his Thomas the train with him. He fell asleep during the movie and of course dropped the train in the row we were sitting. The next evening I went back to the theater the owner told me he would not look for it because it was 24 hours later... it was not... had not a care in the world with my two-year-old son anxiously awaiting to get his train back. After one of the teenagers collecting the money at the front sent another employee to look for it they made me move my car from the front and sent someone outside to say it's not there so I wouldn't come back in. If my face look like any of theirs employed or the owner I may have had a different experience. By the way I got there when The next movie had not started so it was in between movie time and the owner insisted that he wasn't going to go look for it. This theater offers an online ticketing service on their website. Upon purchasing your tickets online and paying a "convenience" fee, you are told, verbatim, "Don't stand in line if you buy your tickets online." My wife and show up at the theater and walk straight in and are immediately accosted by Alec the manager or whatever he is. He insisted that we were supposed to stand in line. Wow! I argued with him about it and all he could say is next time to get in line. I told him there wouldn't be a next time (thanks to him) to which he replied, " That'll be fine, sir." Once again, another millennial with only a flare for passive aggression and no people or conflict resolution skills! Upon entering the theater, there was still popcorn and trash on the floors, so at that point we exited and asked for a refund. Well, now we have Alec and his harem of 5 teeny boppers standing around scratching their heads (instead of cleaning the theater) as to how to make that happen. One of the girls called the boss, owner, whomever, and received directions, which were that if my card hadn't been swiped, then no charge had been made. Whoa, almost got in for free, DARN! I actually wouldn't sit in that filth if they paid me. So, looking for a way to perfectly ruin a date night with your wife of 16 years, then head on over to the Zephyrhills Cinema 10. read more
