I have had major back issues, leading to multiple surgeries for fusions, disc work, and an artificial disk replacement, and have muscle issues and pinch nerves all over my back. When I have a flair, Tan uses his majestic anatomy knowledge and massage techniques to bring relief. One thing to keep in mind is that Tan is an amazing neuromuscular/massage therapist and uses specific techniques to find all the right trigger points, stretches and body work that is FAR beyond your typical massage. Majestic Therapy provides some of the best therapy that you can get; however, there should be an expectation/understanding that the therapy is almost a cross between physical therapy and several other treatment techniques, not your normal Swedish or deep tissue massage. But the results that both my wife and I have received are nothing short of phenomenal! Thank you Tan!

Not my favorite thing to go to the dentist so after my appointment, I sat in my car and thought, "It'd be nice to get a massage right now." Called Yotsuba but it turns out they were closed that day. A few days later, got a text from Yotsuba apologizing that they weren't able to answer my call and that if I was still interested in a massage, I could contact them. Turns out I was able to schedule an appointment just texting back and forth, which was very convenient. Massages are done by a married couple, Teo and Tina. Facility is quiet though it does make me nervous when I hear the phone ringing. If the only masseuses are giving massages, who will answer the phones? I'm guessing it will just go to voicemail and they can call back later but it would be more relaxing if they would just turn off the ringer completely so our massage isn't interrupted. I was also kind of concerned if someone walked in to inquire about a massage. Guess I'm a little more comfortable with massages where they have a receptionist up front who will greet customers, instead of masseuses having to do both. Got a full body massage by the husband, Teo. It was a good massage, very relaxing. Teo knows what he is doing and is very skillful. Just be aware they count your changing time as part of your massage, so it's better to get there earlier so you can have a complete hour. I went in at 11:40am for my 11:45am massage but ended up chatting with Teo and taking my time getting changed. When the massage ended promptly at 12:45pm, it seemed shorter than normal, probably because it hadn't started till closer to 12:55pm. So note to self: go earlier for your appointment. Also, bring cash. You'll get a $5 discount. And bringing in friends gets you a discount too. :)

I have been going to family massage since I was like 14 with my mom! There's one in Brentwood, and then there is this one in Lincoln that I started going to when I moved here. The prices are fantastic for what you're getting, and I try to go at least once a year. I've always been so satisfied that I've never even wanted to try any other massage place. I take my friends and my boyfriend with me all the time. I had Amy today and she was so good. The people at family massage have always made me feel very comfortable, and I've always left 20x more relaxed than when I arrived. Once again, I cannot recommend them enough and I continue to enjoy my experiences every time I come in, which is quite often lol. read more

Jo Jo Massage starts with 20 minutes or so with a foot soak and then lower leg and foot massage. Then we went to a private room. The massage was wonderful and invigorating to a fault. Loved it. My only complaint was the temperature of the stones. Other than that, I would return. The massage was for 50 minutes and it went for an hour and forty minutes.
