This nursery has a peaceful and well-organized layout. They had a wonderful selection of popular items including indoor plants, succulents, orchids, fruit trees, flowering plants, and bonsai. Since I am into succulents it was nice to see the variety they had in stock. Only downside is the pricing of these succulents. I also looked at orchid and pondered whether to replace my indoor collection but the pricing was a bit too high for me to justify replacing all my indoor orchid plants. So instead, I picked one new succulent and one beautiful purple orchis and checked out. I also browsed their collection of ceramic planters and seasonal garden decorations to get some inspiration for my own backyard. Overall, service was good. The staff was very knowledgeable about plant care and watering tips and they gave me advice on keeping my succulents and orchids alive. HAHA we will see how they behave in the next few months. In conclusion, good shopping experience here. Will be back here if my new plants need more tender loving care advice!

While the plants are fine, I found the overall experience not worth returning for, especially considering the prices, which feel high and not always clearly marked. Several times I only learned the final cost at the register, which creates an uncomfortable surprise at checkout. The customer service has consistently been the main issue. I was not greeted warmly, and when I asked questions or requested help, the responses felt curt and unfriendly. On a couple of occasions, I also felt ignored or met with negative body language from staff, which made the experience uncomfortable rather than enjoyable. I also found their promotions confusing and inconsistently applied. I was informed of a 20% discount for wearing a soccer jersey during the World Cup. When I came in wearing one, I was told the promotion only applied on weekends. Even though today is a holiday and the store will be closed for the Fourth of July weekend, the discount was still denied. Overall, the combination of unclear pricing, inconsistent promotions, and unwelcoming service has led me to decide not to return. I do not recommend this store.

They do offer a wide range of fruits and vegetables reasonably priced (~$8) and a variety of different types of flowers were scattered throughout the garden from small to large pots (~$10 - $40's) The garden was designed nicely with small shops offering decor and gardening tools/pot. They were way overpriced imo. Overall it was fun to walk around and see the different variety of plants and flowers. I would rather go to Lowe's/Home Depot or home goods for pots and decor though.

The place is fairly big and does have a lot of plant options. If you don't already know what you're looking for, it might get a little overwhelming.

On one occasion, I asked a question and later realized I was speaking with the owner (I recognized her from Instagram). She came across as very dismissive and annoyed that I was asking for help. On at least three other visits, I've had similar experiences with staff seeming irritated or put out when I asked questions or wanted to check out, but that shouldn't surprise me because culture is set from the top. I've tried giving them several chances because I really do love their products, but the customer experience has consistently been off-putting. I hope they stay around and just improve their outlook on their customers.

There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. We found a sprinkler that was still not working properly and he came back the next day to fix it, free of charge. If you need sprinkler repair, then call Sebastain, he's the real deal!

He consistently followed up, met with us to select flooring samples and plants, worked within our HOA guidelines, and provided everything we needed for HOA approval. He also stayed on top of the permitting process and followed up with the city to keep everything moving. What we especially appreciated was the quality of their work and attention to detail. The crew never rushed the project just to get it done. They took the time to make sure everything was done properly while still keeping the project moving and staying on schedule. The entire crew was hardworking and very respectful of our home and space throughout the renovation, working 6 days a week. Even after the project was completed, Jake continued to be extremely responsive. We had a few minor items that needed follow-up, and he addressed them right away. We really appreciated that the same level of service and responsiveness continued even after the job was finished. We're so grateful to Jake and his team for doing such an amazing job and completing everything on time so we could enjoy our new backyard this summer. Harvest to Home has been such a pleasure to work with! I am 8 months pregnant and when I first found out, I wanted to grow a garden so I'd have access to the freshest, nutrient dense veggies and herbs throughout my pregnancy. I'm SO glad I chose to work with them because the abundance has been REAL! Our outdoor space is limited to our rooftop-- so we decided to have H2H build 2 elevated garden beds. We have successfully grown green leaf lettuces, arugula, spinach, sorrel, radishes, celery, broccoli, culinary herbs, carrots, green onions and more! Shoutout to Alexis for helping us maintain the garden so beautifully, she is on their maintenance team and we have learned a lot from her! Gave these guys a try last month, they installed 3- 4 x 8 raised planter beds with everything including their own special soil for vegetables & herbs. They also installed 3 fruit trees, one is this cool 4 in 1 tree that has Oranges, Tangerines, Lemons, and Limes all on ONE TREE! Kirk was really nice and knowledgeable, the install went well and we are currently using their landscape maintenance service for the beds and trees. They dont actually do anything else like grass just edibles(would be nice if they did..) Overall they are great and as the plants grow larger I cant stop telling my friends how great of a gardener I am!!! Will keep everyone updated on the progress read more

My Mom had a garden that was doing ok. I saw these guys and gave them a call to come by and help. They did a consultation and told us the garden didn't see enough sun and we had the wrong soil. They moved our garden, put in their "special" soil, planted and got us going again. The garden is going off now!!! Love these guys:) read more

Working with Growscapes was easy and seamless. Anthony came out to look at my job. He provided me with some suggestions and input. Victor and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. When the job was complete, everything looked and worked great. Upon completion of everything, I received an email from Anthony providing me with the irrigation schedule and aftercare instructions. This company was very easy to work with. The driver Casildo Pineda was very nice and gave me the company business card but since then numerous phones messages, numerous emails along with photos of the damage and auto glass replacement invoice have been completely ignored. Not even the decency to share their vehicle insurance information. Its sad that I had to file a CHP report and file a small claims lawsuit in OC court to try to motivate them to take care of this.
