Had my sectional garage door come off the metal side track and the steel guide/lift cables came undone also. I don't know what to say when I first called he wasn't rude but not friendly.when I called to have them come and look at my mothers garage door he was able to come out with in a day or two. He checked out the door and said we needed a new motor gave us a good to decent price. He said he had to order it would be Monday when he get it in and he would call to set up a time to install. I waited till Tuesday to call him when I did he was very rude like I was bothering him. And said he had no memory at all of coming to American canyon and doing an estimate which I have a copy of. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice on the only day thay worked for me, and the appointment was set for whatever time they finished up a big job ahead of me. A spring had broken on my garage door a week prior and it was a huge pain to not habe use of it, so I was just happy to get them out here. Well, the other job apparently took longer than expected, and it was 5pm by the time Chuck showed up, but he still came. And my garage door was giving him problems, but he kept at it until it was done, and he tested it several times, worked out all the kinks, and didn't leave until it was done RIGHT. I called this morning and made an appointment for between 2 and 3pm. I requested that they call me when they were on the way so I could meet them. They called at 1:50p, said they would be leaving in a few minutes, should be there in about 15 minutes. Kyle arrived as promised, was efficient and through. He thought he knew what the problem was after the first couple things that he checked, and he was correct. There were two issues, both caused by the original installer. The adjustments were done quickly and the door is working better now that it did when I moved to this house a year ago.
