Most recently his work for us was to fix a repair that was botched from a local rv dealer in my home state (more on this another time after a convo with them). By the time it was discovered, the undetected water had permeated the walls, creating internal mold which was now visible around the baseboards! With no access to the washer valve, located behind the stacked washer/dryer and not sure of the water leaks source, valve supplying water to the bathroom had to be isolated, rendering the bathroom useless! A major impediment, whereas my wife is scheduled for major surgery in Boston five days after we return home to NH! Thursday, July 10, we called "ME RV Repair's Mobil Service" (Billy) in consideration of his positive reviews, which turned out to be a major mistake! We explained we were seniors with a water leak and a dangerous mold infestation that needed help ASAP! Billy said it would be a week. Being the middle of the season, we perfectly understood. Billy also said he thought he had a replacement washer in stock, would check that evening! No call that evening (Thursday), nor Friday, Saturday or Sunday! Called Billy back on Monday 14th, said machine was arriving Tuesday to be installed Wednesday, 16th, would call to confirm arrival! We had also provided Billy with our service provider and contract number! He emphasized he needed a copy of our vehicle legal service contract! Don't know anyone who carries a ten page legal service contract document in there RV? After navigating the insurance company call routing system in marginal reception, successfully forwarded our service contract! Tuesday eve, 15th, still no washer confirmation call! Wednesday morning, 16th, called Billy back, said machine was running a day late, will arrive later today, to be installed first thing (8:00 AM) tomorrow, Thursday morning, 17th! Thursday morning, 17th, 8:00 AM, no Billy, no communication! Waited till 8:30 AM, called Billy requestng an update! We had patiently waited for over a week, forced to jump through hoops, now berated, chastised by a very irascible Billy, who then hung up on us! Thats when my wife and I decided to call a different mobile RV service and describe the problem. Machine ordered, that day (Thursday) arrived Friday, 18th, installed Saturday morning, 19th! Billy's motto, "the customer is always wrong"

I was told he could come out but it would be after 10pm. Because it was so late I told him I could wait until the next day. He said "no, I'm concerned about your pipes freezing". Shane got there a little after 10pm. Very pleasant guy and really came to my rescue....if only he would have fixed my problem. Nope, he proceeded to take my furnace apart leaving a hole in the floor of my camper. (In January. In Maine.) He finally threw in the towel about midnight saying he didn't have the part, he probably had it back at the shop and would be back in the morning. So I stayed out of work waiting on Shane to return to install this part and fix my furnace. I finally got a call back the on 1/20 around 3pm, he had to order the part just waiting for UPS. Next next ( now 1/21) day no Shane, but I did get a text around 5:30pm that UPS tracker should order was still out for delivery. My last correspondence was a text at 8:45pm begging for someone to contact me because it was 5 DEGREES in my camper. Thankfully I didn't give this dude any money! Believe the low reviews! At any point he could have said he could not fix it and just put my stuff back together, he at least would have got his service charge fee. LMAO if this dude ever says he will have to come back because of a part he needs, thank him for his time AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE, cause you ain't ever gonna see him again!

I was told a date and time (back in March) after getting the run around he finally rewired my trailer INCORRECTLY (April 8th) I did not have my truck at the time so I couldn't test the lights before he left. He said if they didn't work that he would come fix it. After numerous calls and texts he NEVER reached out to me. I eventually had another company rewire my trailer. Now I'm out double the money! I highly do NOT recommend service from this company. Do not waste your time with this company!

My first serious experience with Coastal was when taking my RV in for scheduled service to install parts previously ordered; they were ready and waiting for my arrival! Beware - they are dishonest…read more I took my RV in for service, they called and said my slide was fixed but that my stairs were making a noise and charged me to repair them even though there were no noises when I dropped it off. After paying and inspecting it was obvious they had an accident, the gears were bent and the motor screaming - inoperable. Clearly they drove it with the stars down and bent them. I tried to discuss with the but they denied it and hung up the phone. For extra insult when I got home I saw that they had used the toilet and not flushed it.
