Just purchased a new Princecraft Holiday 162 WS Max from Harvey's RV and Marine. Best buying experience I have ever had. Everyone there is awesome to work with from Larry "The Boat Guy" Comer who sold us the boat to "Captain" Morgan who found us a great interest rate and handled all the financing of our new purchase and trade in to Chris Jordan who spent a considerable amount of time with us going over every detail and features of the boat, motor and trailer and answering all my questions and Charlie who mounted my trolling motor and installed my battery charger in my new boat. My friend had purchased a camper and I was so impressed we sold our old remake over Jayco camper to get a new camper. After purchasing my camper a wind storm came broke the yawning leg pole. When that was finally done, we brought it home. After the winter, we set it up to get ready to go camping. At that time noticing water damage. The gentleman that put the yawning didn't place it on correctly causing water damage. Mold and Mildew. The roof on the further end and the front wall. Documentation at Harveys shows the wall but none on the roof. At that same time a big scratch was placed on the front of my camper by another employee. We bring it back home have to take it back again this year to wear an employee rips the canvas. They send the canvas out to be sawed because the can no longer get the same color canvas to be replaced. Three things by three employees and they still will not be accountable. However, they will sand down the top end where the mold and mildew still lies. Better business bureau will receive a call from me. DO NOT PURCHASE A THING OFF THIS COMPANY! read more

I would not recommend anyone I know to ever go and do business with this poorly run company. They claim they go above and beyond for their customers, but yet I have a brand new camper I bought from them just over a month ago (a month and one day), and I am still fighting to get the repairs done. We have reported the issues, had service out here twice and still the issues are not fixed! Apparently their Facebook page only allows you to make positive recommendations, but this is far from it!!!! read more

We just finished having Harvey's RV replace our kitchen slide weatherstripping seal. They inspected it in order to try to find a leak in the corner of the slide that had me baffled. They also looked at my repair on our rear slide and pronounced it as good as they could do. No charge for that. Having been around RVs quite a while, I could tell that there was a lot of expertise in Harvey's service department, as well as a commitment to do good work. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them if you need good honest service. We are from out of town, traveling in our RV. Harvey's employees scheduled the repair time so that everything could be done while we still had the RV for a place to live. Hooray for Harvey's!!! read more

We were about to pull away from a nearby RV campground and realized our jack was broke - it just dropped and was completely loose. After disassembling, we found the jack screw inside completely broke (shear pin did not break). We called Harvey RVs. Derek was very helpful and had us email him pictures. He confirmed that the jack needed to be replaced (couldn't be repaired) and that they had one on hand. It was a Saturday, so no mobile techs available). We drove there and within 30 minutes they had installed the new one and gave us good advice on filing for warranty reimbursement. Great service, more help than i expected. Thank you! read more

My wife and I bought a new 2019 popup camper and when we went with cash in hand to sign the papers we found out it was really a 2018 on the paperwork. Next we asked them to install a water heater and after a week and taking things apart and measuring, someone finally figured out that it couldn't be done. Next, the vent wouldn't open and when we got it home and I found out that the mounting screws went into the vent frame. I also found that the battery hadn't been charged after they told me it had been. I had to bring it back for them to fix it. I talked to the warranty dept. and was told they put some silicone sealer on it and that would take care of it. I felt my brand new camper shouldn't have to have a damaged vent. Service pushed back on this and only after I pushed the sales manager did I get a new vent. When I went to pick it up this time I saw that the sealant on the outside looked like it was applied with a butter knife; very sloppy with bubbles in it. I guess we didn't buy a big enough and expensive enough RV to get the good treatment. I think They saw my wife and I coming when the sold us this "new" unit. read more

This review is specifically in regard to the Service Department. My wife and I own an older (1993) pop-up camper. While it has been pretty well maintained, it has (needless to say) the occasional issue. In getting ready for our first camping trip of the season, it became apparent that our aging camper needed some tuning up in a few different areas. Harvey's Service Department not only fixed everything to standard, but they thoroughly exceeded my expectations and provided my family with the kind of service experience that has led us to determine that we don't want to go anywhere else for camper/RV maintenance. The service manager not only helped me understand all of the work that was done (he twice went through everything with me beforehand to make sure that they knew exactly what we wanted done), but he took his own time to walk me through some things that were new to me. He showed me some areas where I could do some maintenance myself and exactly how to do so, and also helped me locate a part that needed to be altered to fit the old camper. He then showed me how to hook it up and squared it away personally. Harvey really went above and beyond in the work they did and have certainly earned our business for as long as we have a camper. And because of this experience with their Service Department, Harvey will be our first stop when we decide to upgrade and get into a travel trailer. I can't say enough good things about these folks.
