They were suppose to clean my air ducts, the mold out the AC and check for a leake, in which they advised I didn't have a leake and clearly I did. The technician came out and rushed through the job(I even called right after he left to advise that the job was rushed) Fast forward two weeks, my homeowner insurance has someone to come out to inspect as we still couldn't identify where the mold was, come to find out they removed my filter from, my AC unit and didn't replace it nor did they advise that another one was needed.
