Let that sink in--they misplaced an essential part of the tuxedo he was supposed to wear on one of the most important days of our lives. Instead of taking ownership of the situation, we were left scrambling at the last minute to find a solution during an already incredibly stressful week. No one should have to spend the days leading up to their wedding wondering whether they'll have something to wear because a dry cleaner failed to do the one job they were hired to do. Entrusting someone with expensive, sentimental clothing requires trust, and unfortunately, that trust was completely broken. We expected professionalism, accountability, and urgency. Instead, we were left disappointed and without the tuxedo pants my husband needed for our wedding. If you have clothing that's important for a wedding, black-tie event, or any special occasion, I would strongly recommend taking it somewhere else. This was an avoidable mistake with consequences that can't be undone.

If I received an abject apology then I'd still be mad but would not have loudly complained like when I was greeted by the "short of help" so called excuse. You then commented that your employee said she offered to have them ready in 30 minutes. She did but we were busy and did not want to wait around and opted to come back that afternoon. When we came back that afternoon she said she never should have promised they'd by ready Monday at 4 because she hadn't examined the clothes and when she finally did she realized they had to be washed, not dry cleaned. So if we opted to accept her promise to have them ready in 30 minutes and we came back in 30 minutes she would have had to say again the weren't ready because they had to be washed!!!!! I've taken in all sorts of items and until now things have been satisfactory. But today I went to pick up my pieces and noticed that a vintage coat that, of course is my favorite, had been ruined. I walked back in to show her and see if they could fix it. Not only can they not, the lady couldn't have given less of a F about ruining my coat. Literally nothing. Except "maybe next time wash it by hand". It's dry clean only which is why I brought it there. So, lesson painfully learned. If you just need basic cleaning and you are unbothered by scowling women who seem to loathe their job and everyone around them, go here. If you have anything precious that requires skill and care, skip this one.

I was joking that they were probably in the back pressing the clothes. They came out 6 min later with the correct clothes, hot. So either the "send out" was a lie to give them time or they in fact forgot about the clothes and never sent them out. Moral of the review: if you want the service done on time this is not the place to go. The place doesn't seem organized at all and I wouldn't be surprised if they lost clothes frequently.

They recently lost every pair of socks and underwear that I own, which finally prompted me to write this review. I had paid them in advance. I was offered no compensation for my losses. This is not the first time I have had bad experiences here, and I know other local customers with similar stories. I repeat... She showed me how to work all the machines and helped me to choose the one that would be most appropriate for me. She helped me with doing my credit card on the machine. She was just amazing. The laundromat is sparkling clean I arrived at 7 AM when it opened. All the waste baskets were emptied,all the counters for folding clothes were very clean. The environment was very very pleasant. I would definitely use this facility again and recommend it to anyone who needed to use a laundromat. While I was waiting for my wash to be completed I saw our other workers handling the laundry of the clients who brought their clothes in to be washed. They were doing a great job and were very careful with all the items. I may look into just bringing my laundry here to be washed by them.
