My washing machine at home broke so I went to the Chatham laundromat today. Kelsey, one of the attendants was fantastic. She showed me how to work all the machines and helped me to choose the one that would be most appropriate for me. She helped me with doing my credit card on the machine. She was just amazing. The laundromat is sparkling clean I arrived at 7 AM when it opened. All the waste baskets were emptied,all the counters for folding clothes were very clean. The environment was very very pleasant. I would definitely use this facility again and recommend it to anyone who needed to use a laundromat. While I was waiting for my wash to be completed I saw our other workers handling the laundry of the clients who brought their clothes in to be washed. They were doing a great job and were very careful with all the items. I may look into just bringing my laundry here to be washed by them. I really didn't appreciate the lady that worked there's attitude. She may have been having a bad day, but that doesn't give her the right to treat others' poorly! I'll stick with the Harwich laundromat.. read more

Clean laundromat. Staff were somewhat helpful. Somehow I spent $20 trying to use their weird dryer card scanner. Hot and humid inside with no outdoor seating. If you are staying in this area, you most likely can afford to just pay them to do your laundry. read more

Each summer, midway through our trip i spend a morning at Chatham Laundromat. I return every year because they have plenty of machines, rolling baskets and all the supplies you need. The staff always help when asked. read more

I dropped off sheets and towels to be laundered. I picked them up a week later, brought them home, and upon opening the bags I discovered that numerous towels were missing. further, towels that were washed, were ruined because they were bleached. Bleaching towels can be a good thing, but not if the towels are colored. I've tried to contact the manager several times, but he will not return my calls. I've had to replace all of the towels, and I'm out $100 for the cost of this so-called service. read more

Had to wash some duvets and other heavy items so tried this for the first time. It was after the season so not packed at all. The machines were modern and amazing. The attendant was not super helpful about answering a first-timers questions about operating the self service machines. Seemed nice enough but didn't go beyond the minimum. That said, it did the job I needed very efficiently so I would highly recommend. Good location next to town. I didn't use the drop off service so can't speak to quality of that. read more

There is no reason for the attendant to be so nasty!! It was a busy day and customers are not allowed to remove clothes from the washer and dryer. Only the attendants can do that. We were waiting to put 3 loads in the dryer and there were 5 dryers that were done - with dry clothes in them that were being laundered by the attendants. (clothes that were dropped off by customers). The attendant made us wait 20 minutes while she finished folding a load of clothes before she would remove the dry items from ONE machine so we could use it. A couple machines only had one item (comforter, bed spread) in them so it would have taken one minute to remove them and free up more machines. Instead, the attendant took a huge load out of one of the dryers and made us wait AGAIN while she folded that load while the other machines still sat with one item in them. Needed to do laundry but our washing machine needed replacement so in the meantime...they took it, washed, dried and folded VERY neatly and gave me a time when it would be ready=perfect! Quick comment...re: the reviewer who was annoyed that the attendant would not let her take someone else's clothes out and dump them (where?) so she could use the dryer without waiting mere minutes...having paid for them to do my clothes, I do not want anyone else to touch my clothes either....they were simply fulfilling their contract with their customer. You were not paying for that service. Give it a rest. read more

Came here because the washer/dryer at the summer house was broken. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is free wifi which is great because I was able to bring my laptop and get some work done while waiting for my laundry. The laundromat itself is also very clean. I would definitely recommend it this laundromat to anyone in the area. read more

I wouldn't call the attendant nice or a pleasure but she sure was efficient. This place is really clean, and they have lots of machines that are new and efficient. Whatch tv while you wait or grab a burger next door att Red Nune. You could do it you self or you could just drop it of. You can also get it picked up delivered back. Fantastic laundromat. Always spotless, machines are functioning although some machines could do with cleaning around the door seals as there is an accumulation of hair and fibers. Fantastic to have a staff presence and a machine that gives you change. Travel all the way from Eastham to use this facility although there is a laundromat nearer but not so well run or maintained. read more
