I wish I can give ZERO to this review. If you care about your teeth, your sanity, and your hard-earned money, steer clear of Dr. Hashem in Flower Mound , Colleyville. My experience with his office has been nothing short of a disaster. My son started treatment with Dr. Hashem over three months ago. Initially, everything seemed fine--his top expander was fitted without issue. However, as we entered the second and third months, securing appointments became increasingly difficult, and the quality of care deteriorated drastically. The trouble began with the expander for my son's lower jaw. During the first visit, he was in severe pain and screamed throughout the appointment. Dr. Hashem recommended we come back in a week, but the issues only worsened. On the second visit, I noticed swelling in my son's lower jaw. Despite applying anesthesia and numbing gel, the pain persisted, causing him to scream again. Dr. Hashem's response was alarming--he ran in to remove the expander and then reprimanded us, saying we couldn't allow that kind of screaming in his office because it might disturb other patients. He showed no concern for the cause of my son's pain, only for maintaining a calm environment in his office. When I suggested coming in before or after regular hours to avoid disrupting others, he flatly refused, citing that he couldn't ask his staff to come in early. Instead of addressing the issue, Dr. Hashem proposed skipping steps in the treatment plan and moving directly to braces, hoping they would correct the problem. This lack of a coherent treatment plan and disregard for my son's pain was deeply troubling. From the outset, it became clear that Dr. Hashem was more interested in making money than providing competent care. While the reception staff were friendly and supportive, it was evident that Dr. Hashem mistreated his team, as even his staff expressed concern over his behavior. Dr. Hashem's approach to orthodontics was shockingly unprofessional. He seemed more concerned about the comfort of his other patients than addressing the urgent issues with my son's treatment. Every appointment felt rushed and superficial, with no consideration for our concerns. His mishandling of my son's treatment plan was so severe that I had to seek a second opinion, which revealed a major error that could have led to serious dental problems. The entire treatment experience was a nightmare. My son endured constant pain and discomfort, with each adjustment exacerbating the situation. When I raised these concerns, they were dismissed with a flippant remark suggesting I should find another orthodontist. It became glaringly obvious that patient care was secondary to Dr. Hashem's financial interests. In summary, if you want to leave your orthodontic treatment feeling frustrated, betrayed, and worse off than when you started, then Dr. Hashem's office is where you should go. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find an orthodontist who genuinely cares about their patients and provides competent, compassionate care read more

My sister had her first visit with Dr.Hashem and i went to her appointment to make sure everything was okay The staff and Dr hashem are perfection they helped my sister so much with understanding and showing her what she can do while waiting in the lobby as there was plenty of things you can do while waiting but her wait was only 10 minutes so that was very helpful on my time. Dr.Hashem and his staff are amazing and very supportive with the process of my sister braces . Dr.Hashem and the staff both explained to me and my sister the process of her getting getting her braces and they were so patient with my sister .i recommend going to this office for your siblings or for yourself The service is amazing. I have had some experiences with orthodontic practices in the past, I have 3 kids and I only wish I would have taken my first two kids to Hashem Orthodontics!! They are by far the best!! They are always so pleasant, even when I have to reschedule my child's appointments! The staff is fantastic and ready to help any time I need them. All the assistants take the time to explain what is happening with my child's treatment and that's very important to me. Dr. Hashem takes the time to see us every time we're in the office, this is probably the most important factor to me! When I had my other kids in braces at another local orthodontic office, we NEVER saw the orthodontist...so what was I paying for?? I would recommend this office to EVERYONE!! The office space is sparkling clean with modern/advanced technology. At each visit you will be greeted by name with a warm, friendly smile. At my initial consultation, the team listened to my goals and discussed various treatment options to fit my needs and finances. Deciding to go with adult braces was not an easy decision but coming to Dr Hashem was easily the best decision I could have made. They got me in right away for both of my appointments, and I am happy with my experience there. You are treated like family here. I just have to say that I am not one to post reviews but Hashem Orthodontics is so special that I have to put it out there for everyone to see. They have been so wonderful in working with my son. I'm so happy that I chose them for his orthodontic needs. They are so amazing that I plan on starting my own orthodontic treatment as soon as his is completed! Their payment plan is a lifesaver for us since we couldn't afford to pay everything up front. They always work with us when we are late or need to reschedule. My dentist highly recommended Dr Hashem's office for me. I have being seen by other orthodontists before. But, I was told that braces would not make much of a difference at my age. But, after meeting Dr Hashem I knew I was in great hands. A week later I got my braces at his office. And, after only a month I am starting to see a difference in the alignment of my teeth. My oldest stepson had high anxiety issues and suffered from depression at the same time he was going through treatment with Dr. Hashem. He was in and out of treatment centers for depression and the staff really became hands on when treating him. They were very accommodating to him being gone and would get him in quickly when he was released. They really took care of him an that meant a lot to us. Both boys had their braces done with Dr. Hashem. The location was convenient, and Saturday appointments were a must since both boys played football, basketball and ran track. read more

I have been going to Dr. Hashem since July (2016) and have continued to have a great experience. Dr. Hashem and his staff are friendly and professional and have made the experience of being an adult with braces a good one. Not only have I received great care, but price-point wise (because let's be honest that does matter) they are hard to beat. Plus the office is very clean, they give me extra wax whenever I need, and they are patient with all of my questions which is extremely important to me. Definitely two thumbs up! read more

Getting my braces through Hashem Orthodontics has been a great experience! They have been very accommodating of my unique situation (I moved to Los Angeles during my treatment) and the fact that they are open Saturdays makes coming back for appointments so convenient! Great office! Great staff! I personally love that some Saturday appointments are an option as well as 2 offices - both make it easy with busy kid schedules! We had issues with insurance when I changed jobs and they worked with us to get everything settled and even did a LOMN for a waterpik!
