Absolutely the best office around! Staff is friendly and being a busy family, our schedules are very hard to meet, but they were so flexible and open to our needs throughout my son's braces experience. Dr. McFarland always took time to come out and review his progress, explain next steps and remembered our family as individuals, not a number. The annual get together are icing on the cake to make us feel special and the prices were very reasonable for the procedures. One extra note that will make us customers forever, when we brought questions from the kids dentists in, the recommendations were very conservative, even when he could have gotten more business earlier, he takes the right approach for the best outcome. I came to Dr McFarland's office as a mature adult needing braces to correct my bite in order to preserve my teeth. He was recommended by my dentist. My two daughters had been here as teenagers as well, so I was familiar with the practice. I thought it would be odd being there with so many young patients, but I was made to feel comfortable from the very beginning. They are always kind, caring and professional with great attention to detail. I never have to wait more than a minute or so before being well attended to. I had an amazing experience with Dr. McFarland and his staff. They took great care of me. The waiting area was comfortable with great amenities and refreshments. I chose him initially because of the remodeled office and the convenient location from my house, but I was even more sure I found the right fit when I learned about his missions to Guatemala, something that tells me a lot about his character. Dr. McFarland has been a leader in this community for years and he has done so much for this area. This place is AMAZING. I haven't been to the dentist or orthodontist in years, but they made the experience so stress-free and easy! Appointments were easy to schedule as they made sure to work around my work schedule. When I get there I don't have to wait at all, I go back immediately after checking in. -- I just got my braces put on today and it was actually a pleasant experience- I got to watch tv while I got them and the staff are the nicest people I've ever dealt with. Both of my children went to Dr. McFarland's office for orthodontic treatment. The staff is professional and courteous, even when we needed after-hours wire clipping! We have been MORE than pleased with the service at Mr McFarland's and especially the result of less than 2 years of braces for my son! The staff operates the office very efficiently and we've had no long wait times to see the doctor. The waiting room is equipped with coffee, water, juices and even snacks. I was nervous about getting braces. I'm an adult with braces and Dr. McFarland and his staff make wearing braces as an adult a breeze(except when it's time for adjustments) lol. Their office is always clean and inviting. They have games and snacks to keep children occupied. They even have contests and a rewards program to make you feel good about wearing your braces. Dr. McFarland and his staff are the best. My bite had so many issues... Crooked teeth with spacing, Impacted cuspids, a severe overbite... But he corrected each issue and gave me a pretty, straight smile. His payment plans were also reasonable and affordable.
