I'm still in shock at what a pleasant experience this has been. It was a bit strange to into the "employee-less" showroom, but my young adult daughter and I picked out her new mattress in moments, ordered it up on the kiosk, and it was delivered 13 hours later! Super nice delivery guys, and they took the old mattress away. Highly recommend. Great concept! read more

I wasn't sure about going here after hearing mixed reviews, but my experience was very positive. I was the only person in the store and spent 40 min trying out beds. All of them are clearly labeled with a firmness number which was very convenient. I called the help line while I was there and received a quick response on my price question. Only complaint was it gets really old hearing the introduction video playing on repeat! I found the perfect bed and purchased online. Post sale communication was good and delivery was next day as advertised. I love the new bed!! read more

I did not visit this location nor any location. I knew what mattress I wanted and hassleless mattress had the best price, financing and rebate. I made a call to their number and ordered it over the phone. Sales representatives were very helpful congenial and made this a very pleasant experience. They even called me back the next day with and gave me the price for the next sale that they were having which brought the price down even lower. I did my due diligence and checked out other companies and theirs was the best. As I said painlessly made an order and delivery would've been the next day if I wanted it. They kept you informed of everything down to the minute and the delivery gentleman were very caring of my property and delivered my new mattress with upmost care. I would never hesitate to order from them again, but hopefully my mattress will last a long time! Kudos to good customer service,!!! read more

I had my new bed, frame, pillows, sheets delivered yesterday. I am very happy with everything. Mattress shopping is extremely daunting. It's been on my mind for a while. A family member told me about Hassle Less, she had heard about it someplace - a store that does not have salespeople. Everything worked like clockwork. I did need help in placing my order because when I tried to do it online it said that I was not in the service delivery area, but that was resolved by calling the 888 number. The customer service person helped me get everything done that I wanted to get done and we set up my delivery date for a week later. The night before my delivery, I got a text message confirming my delivery and my three hour delivery time window. The date of the delivery I received a 20 minute courtesy call that they would be to my place soon. Considering traffic in Chicago, they were right on the money! The delivery guys were awesome. Professional, friendly, accommodating. They removed my old stuff and that was great because I hate seeing mattresses in dumpsters or laying in an alley. The only thing I would change about Hassle Less is information and instructions on how the adjustable bed frames work. I was clueless. I had to learn about adjustable bed frames from Mattress Firm. I didn't go with Mattress Firm because the mattress I liked in store got bad reviews online and their whole delivery and removal process was too complicated with all the different levels. I went back to Hassle Less (I had gone there one time previously to try on mattresses). If I include the trip I made to Mattress Firm last November, where I was completely freaked out about prices, it took me four visits to a mattress store to figure out what I wanted. I must say, this concept totally makes sense. You don't really need employees in the store if you're just going to go in and try mattresses, so there are literally no employees in the store at all. I almost felt lonely, though, I missed having someone to talk about which mattress to choose. I wound up getting one, but once I got it home, I sort of regretted it because it felt too firm, and maybe if I had an actual human being to discuss it with I would have gotten something a little more comfy. I would never shop at Hassleless mattress again bought a queen size mattress, which was supposed to measure 60 x 80 however did not. It was about almost 2 inches on one side and 2 inches on the other. This is false advertisement. I was told that this is normal , I asked for a refund and was informed that I was being charged a $78 pick up fee and a $98.80 restocking fee. I also was tax $11.05 on that a total of $187.85. I was charged for their mistake and false advertisement, I will pass this on until everyone I know and everyone I see walking in there their business practices. This was a big mistake on my part. I should've read the reviews first then not all good reviews. read more

So impressed with the entire process! Showroom with no hovering sales people. (Do some research on the best mattress for you before you go.) In today's climate, I've come to expect that things will not go as promised, but everything was exactly as they stated. I tested the mattresses I was interested in, ordered and picked my delivery date. They promised to send a delivery window the day before and a call the day of delivery to alert me between 45 and 10 mins from arrival. I received a call that they were 30 mins out, and they arrived exactly in 30 mins! The delivery guys were professional and very efficient. I can't review the adjustable frame or mattress yet, but I was so excited and pleased that I wanted to do this while it was fresh and on my mind. The only negative part of the experience was the looping commercial that played in the store. If you have to spend more than 20 mins, it could be a form of torture! A small price to pay in the long run. read more

Very please to learn this type of mattress store exist. I went with my significant other, we were able to comfortably look at the mattress we were curious about. The store was clean and offers a protection piece to use on the bed/pillow & sanitizer. True to their word no one is there or ever came out while we were there. A mattress was purchased later that day on line. They did deliver and took away the old one without issues. The online customer service was beyond excellent, I'd forgotten to write a side note on delivery instructions which they were able to add after the fact. Overall recommend as a whole. read more

This is exactly what i wanted. Walked in, empty store, tried the beds. When you walk in they have disposable sheets for you along with hand sanitizer. I found exactly what i wanted, ordering was uber easy and it was delivered 2 days later. I dont anticipate needing another mattress soon so i wont be back but i will tell everyone i know about this experience. read more

I can't tell you how pleased I am with this place. I've told so many people about how great they are. I could seriously be their new advertising campaign! They recently opened this location in IL but have a number throughout WI. I was looking for a new queen mattress and box spring. I was looking for a plush or pillow top. I was headed here but stopped at three other mattress places along the way. It was the usual crap of sales people bugging me. Throwing different prices around. Talking delivery costs. Trying to sell me stuff I didn't want or need. And trying to get me to make a decision quickly. I just wanted to explore. So, but my the time I got to Hassleless, I had had it. Mattress shopping sucks! Let me tell you, this model is fantastic. There truly are no sales associates. The doors lock and unlock automatically. All mattresses are displayed with their specs and prices. There is a video playing explaining how it all works. I took my time. Laid on every bed (even those way out of my price range, haha). I felt like Goldielocks. It was fantastic. I ultimately found what I wanted. A plush top queen with box spring, free delivery, $450!! Which was about $150 less than the guys down the street. I received a follow up call first thing the next morning when I had an issue with ordering online. They cleaned it up immediately. I couldn't have been more impressed with their customer service. I want everyone to shop here and help them open more locations in Chicago. Enough of the Mattress Firm model. Hassleless was truly hassleless. read more

Placed an order and delivery was just as promised. Got the call and delivery was made on time. The delivery men were polite, efficient and quick. I would definitely recommend them. read more
