Service is really bad , workers have really bad attitude, i am still waiting for the proof of serve for more than 25 days and I didn't get it . I called them many times for more than four times they say that it was sent . When they sent it wasn't my documents was someone else not mydocuments. Again i called they fix it but they said they sent it I believed them later on i called the shipping company to know what's going on ? They say they never tuned into shipping company ? I have used Hastings in the past. Sonia is lovely to speak with regarding these matters. Jesse is quick and gets everything to me very timely. The only thing I do not like is that they do not read all of their emails. I had a problem uploading more than 3 documents (too big) so I had to email all of them to the company directly and my email was deleted twice without reading. I tried calling but no one answered and I was unable to leave a message. This was the only hiccup but it bothered me nonetheless. I hope next time is better. read more

I sent two emails which got no response so I hired another server who served it the same day. Three days later I get an email saying he served the papers with a bill for $75.00. We hired Hastings to serve a tenant prior to a small claims case. The people at Hastings are friendly, professional, and did what we paid them to do. We had Jesse, the process server, go to court with us because the tenant tried to vacate the judgment that we had against him. The tenant claimed he was never served, but Jesse had made detailed notes as well as photographs of the date and place where the tenant was served. During the court hearing, the judge heard from Jesse and the judge said everything was done right with the service. The tenant was denied the vacating of his judgment. Hired this company to serve individuals for small claim, received an email from this company stating proof of service successful. Contact company for follow up. The front desk stating the will submit proof of service to the court and send me a copy. Today was my court date and the judge stated there was "NO PROOF OF SERVICE". Even though the service was eventually done, we got poor service, no action on their part, and we had to direct everything they did. We got no calls back about status, and they didn't send us the proof of service until the day before we had to appear in court. They held the paperwork for two weeks because they misfiled it under "hold to pay," when the bill had been paid two weeks previously. Furthermore Ken seemed to not really even care about the situation or the error their office had made, other than to notify me that it was supposed to be filed 5 days ago and that if I got it there today I should be ok. The service wouldn't have even been completed except that I insisted that they take further action. The skip trace provided no accurate information yet I still got charged, I got charged two service fees even though the skip trace info was bad. Lazy is the most accurate way to describe how I felt about their service. read more

This pertains to the office in Temecula. First off, I'm doing something I really didn't want to do and that's going through the eviction process with my ex-girlfriend. After trying to get her to move out so I could sell my house and relocate I started the process. When I filed the paperwork with the court I need a registered process server to deliver the court papers to my ex. I found Hastings Process Servers online and proceeded to drive over to their office. I spoke to Sonya, I believe that was her name, and she took my court papers and took care of everything. I went with the Rush service so the 1st attempt would be that very day. Hastings will make four attempts to serve court papers before going to the next step. Well the papers were served on the second attempt and I received a call from Ken Hastings letting me know he had just served her about a minute or two ago. I went in the next day to pickup the confirmation paper of her being properly served. I'm very happy and thankful for the great service that Hastings provided me.
