I order here often. Last time I had an order which included 2 sandwiches. Ordered through Slice with the note 'No lettuce, tomato, onion. Oil and vinegar on the side please.' The sandwiches arrived with both onion and tomato. If i wasnt allergic to tomatoes i would have just taken them off but I called and asked if they would trade me the incorrect sandwiches for the proper ones I ordered. I explained my allergy and they refused to replace the incorrect sandwiches. They advised the cook read the reciept as 'no lettuce' and thats all, so all they could do was give me $5 coupon (for $15 worth of sandwich I can't eat) and that was it. I alerted Slice who also called the restaurant and was told the same - only a $5 coupon. Slice insisted they refund the full $50 order, and the manager only then decided he would send the correct sandwiches. I gave them the wrong sandwiches back. I won't be ordering from there again, which is a shame because they have good food but theor customer service is lacking. read more

If I could just rate the pizza- I would give 5 stars because the Boardwalk pizza is phenomenal. Best pizza in the area, by far. HOWEVER. Every time I order, they screw something up. Management- when a customer complains, and the person who takes the order puts the someone else on the phone who says "This is the order they gave me" this is called passing the buck. It doesn't fix the problem. Neither does the explanation and blaming others. And PLEASE. Learn how to fry a chicken wing. Sweet baby Jesus those things are fried to the point of no return. 375 for 8 minutes. Its a thin piece of chicken, not a steel beam. I don't like you Hatfield Pizza. Absolutely shocked at the quality of food I had tonight from Hatfield Pizzeria. A neighbor recommend I give them a try and tonight seemed like as good a time as any. I ordered delivery, the woman that answered the phone was pleasant. She said it would take 40-45 minutes, maybe longer due to the terrible weather. I didn't think that was unreasonable for a rainy Friday night. The food arrived around 45-50 minutes later and I was anxious to dig in. I ordered the Chicken and artichoke dinner which came with pasta and soup or salad. I chose the Italian wedding soup. My wife got a personal margarita pizza. She said she loved the pizza, I look forward to leftovers tomorrow. The chicken/pasta dish was amazing. The portion was generous and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The combination of garlic, peppers, mushrooms and artichokes in a white wine sauce was spectacular. I would expect to get this dish at a high end Italian restaurant not a local pizzeria. Even though I was stuffed, I still managed to sop up the wine sauce with a garlic knot or three. I'm saving the Italian wedding soup for later. If they keep up this quality, they will have a customer for life. read more

Wanted something quick and convenient on Easter eve, so the wife & I decided to try Hatfield Pizzeria's sandwiches. We've had their pizza before and really liked it (recommend the boardwalk pie with meatballs - delicious). I ordered the chicken cutlet hoagie and the wife opted for the crispy chicken ranch sub. We were so hungry by the time we got home with the sandwiches, the package opening did not disappoint - both sandwiches were loaded with crispy chicken and other ingredients. I finished mine and was totally content. The wife only ate half of hers & Im looking forward to a shot at those leftovers. Would definitely recommend giving Hatfield Pizzeria a try for their sandwiches (don't forget the boardwalk pie for pizza tho either). Great job on the subs! Enjoy everyone! read more

For those that are Gluten Free, do not order the GF pizza from here. It was the worst GF pizza I have every eaten. And I am not picky. The crust was like cardboard with salt on it. It was not fully cooked, hardly any sauce, and it was cold. For a personal size at $19.00, it was a total waste of money. They should consider not selling it. read more

ordered a boardwalk pizza and a king of queens hoagie. The pizza was amazing but the hoagie was extremely disappointing...the roll was soft and the ham appeared to be very cheap boiled ham, in short it was absolutely gross..but again their pizza is great, if the hoagie blew me away I would easily give them 5 stars read more

Their pizza is easily the best around however it's their gourmet sandwiches that makes us coming back week after week! We get the rustico (grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, fresh plum tomatoes and pesto on a long, parmasean topped roll) and when we have other people try it, they make it a weekly choice also. last night, we tried the Grandmother's Sicilian and O. M. G. I kind of wish I'd be disappointed at at least one of their foods so I could break the addiction but doesn't seem like that will ever happen. Even their pastas and sauces are perfect. (the Gnocchi Sorrento is decadent.) Fresh ingredients, fantastic, creative foods and the two guys that run the place are so friendly and awesome. No need to get your Italian fix anywhere else. I moved to this new area not so long ago so I decided to try this place for the past two times. I think the pizza is not bad and the portion size is generous for the prize. I think the pizza is on the more oily side but not too bad. I love the chicken ranch pizza. Not a fan of the supreme they have. Overall I did enjoy my experience. Very nice place. It has a small but friendly atmosphere here. The standard pizza shop interior but very clean. No sticky tables or floors in sight! I got the simple plain pizza, now I'm from Jersey and have high pizza standards. This had a noce crispy crust all all around. Very good! We ordered mild boneless chicken wings, scorpion fire sauce jumbo wings, a cheesesteak sandwich, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella cheese sticks, and Oreo cheesecake. Originally we ordered turtle cheesecake but right after we placed the order we received a phone call stating the cheesecake was sold out and was asked to pick another, this is the fourth time in a row this has happened. It took 45 minutes for delivery. The food was ok, all of it except the cake tasted old like it was sitting around. The cheese in the cheesesteak tasted a little cold and was mostly at the bottom of the sandwich so the sandwich essentially tasted like a bland plane steak sandwich with bits of cheese flavor hear and there. Mild wings looked liked they have been sitting, and tasted like it. Scorpion sauce wings were very large and tasted a little more fresh but did not have much spice, almost bland. Lastly the mozzarella cheese sticks tasted great and the jalapeño poppers unfortunately tasted dry and somewhat hollow. I've ordered from this restaurant several times in the past and there are times when they make the cheesesteaks and the jalapeño poppers and both taste very fresh and full and are absolutely delicious. I'm just not sure what happens on the other times I order, if it's a different person or if the food was sitting around. I wish the consistency kept - if it kept I'd give them five stars! So, the food from this restaurant can be quite good on occasion, but unfortunately it is a gamble. read more

It is relatively expensive and they take over an our on delivery even though I live 3 minutes away (should have just carried out). By the time they deliver the food, the food is already cold and soggy. The only thing I like here is their Deluxe Burger and jalepeno poppers when they're fresh. read more

I was a big fan of Hatfield Pizza, but things started to change. Everytime we would order food the portion, qulaity, and price was always different. Also, the wait staff started to slip a little. It got a little old ordering the same food at different prices each time. The food is still good, just don't expect to get the same thing at the same price every time you order. read more

I went to there website and ordered from there menu online and after I placed my order it gave me the cost for the order.i drove over to pick the order and the cost was more than what was given to me on line I asked the owner and he said it was an additional charge for my sandwich because I ordered sauce and onions on my sandwich which was additional . 22 dollars for a delivery pizza (not counting tip) is a little steep. It's okay if the quality is there. Unfortunately not the case with Hatfield Pizza. The slices had to be toasted upon delivery because it appeared as though the veggie toppings were added to an already cooked pie. They were crunchy and awful. Cook the vegetables!! It's not a hard concept. We will not be ordering from Hatfield Pizza again. Walmart has a Sams Choice brand for about 7 dollars that is more balanced and properly cooked than these clowns. My girlfriend and I ate here last night and it was a great dining experience. We refused to read any reviews beforehand so as not to taint our own conclusion. We each ordered one of their fantastic dinner entree's and they were both delicious and satisfying. Firs the complimentary salads with the dinner were very large, much more than I expected. This was followed up with a beautiful plate of warm garlic knots, with fresh garlic, olive oil and grated cheeses, plus a warm cup of red sauce. When it was time for our actual platter, those too were piled high on the plate. Overall I give it 4 out of 5, only because of a few minor things. The fans were on HIGH and blew the salad off the fork (no, really) and lets face it, its still just a pizza parlour with some paintings on the wall. I don't know how to explain it. Is this restaurant still under the same ownership? I didn't see familiar faces, a cute couple, husband and wife. My order of wings was done 15-20 minutes before a personal cheesesteak pie (placed at the same time) was ready.
